I have got 3 of these lovely bags and several friends and family members also have them. The straps can be adjusted for a nice long length for the taller lady. Sales and discount codes are available frequently so make them a very affordable bag. They are my go to gift. A strap on one of my bags unfortunately broke. I messaged Ollie and Nic and a replacement arrived the next day. Best customer service I have ever experienced from a company. Thank you so much to Sarah for sorting it so promptly.

I was so shocked when my doorbell went and my order was delivered..I had only placed my order 2 days previous...what a service...I already had my first bag and loved it so much so I ordered another colour, then my friend asked for 2, so two happy customers...seriously, I have a illiostomy bag, so have to carry spare items, your bags hold so much, I have my spare items, plus purse,mobile,keys,travel pass,glasses,lippy and hairbrush..it just goes on and on...thank you.

Delighted with my Doyle bag. I have shoulder problems and the strap on a normal tote bag put pressure just where I didn’t need it.

The wide webbing together with the long length really helps to make carrying everything around much easier. Plus it looks good!

Having seen how much the Bertie holds I’m being seriously tempted for my holiday.

Pleasantly surprised with my lovely new bag! Having never heard of Ollie and Nic (apologies!) I was hesitant to order online. I needed a bag to get me through days out in cities, secure, safe, big enough for sunglasses, umbrella, phone, keys etc but not too big it was bulky. This bag is perfect, and the multicoloured strap is gorgeous. Makes it stand out from other bags around and the price was also a winner!

I love my bag. It’s big enough to take everything I need. I like the 2 straps so you can have it on your shoulder or as a cross strap. Good quality and a great colour. Love the animal print lining too. A great buy.
