good communication, payment reminders easy to pay the bill

I’m just learning that using my card on Venmo even for the smallest transaction causes a $10 transaction fee every single time. And then on top of that, I’m being charged interest on top of those fees as an additional expense. This feels like pure greed. I’m sick of this company.

Over all, OLLO has been pretty great. I love that they offered X amount of months without interest, I think that is fantastic!
My only hiccup with them: My bank account was double charged for a payment I had submitted; OLLO couldn't tell me whos mistake it was, theirs, or my bank's. So when that one payment was reversed back to me, OLLO froze my account. It took me a little while to get the answer of "just pay ANY dollar amount to your account, and we will unfreeze it in 5ish days"
Which was fine. Just be aware if a payment is double charged.
Other than that, they have been very nice.

Limits are not high enough

I’ve had an Ollo Credit Card for literally years. Then the company switched to switched to Ally. And now it’s back to Ollo. I’ve had a high credit limit. I’ve never had an issue with my card ever . I logged on today and noticed that my credit limit was low called them on the phone a gentleman put me on hold came back and said your credit limit was changed yesterday and you’ll be receiving a letter within the next 7 to 10 days explaining why it was changed. I said there’s never been an issue with my card ever. I’ve had it for years. He said well the bank has made some changes regarding credit cards. That they can do whatever they want when you have absolutely have done nothing wrong is absolutely ridiculous and should not be legal. They are affecting your credit score.
I will now close the card which will affect my credit score even more I am seriously ticked off.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to hold a credit card with the introductory offer of 0% interest to be able to finance projects at my property.

More than happy with them as they gave me a chance after bankruptcy. Website and payments are easy after linking bank account. Hoping for credit line increase soon! Good card for rebuilding credit. They give higher limits than secured card but if you aren’t responsible, you’re going to pay for it with the higher interest rates. There is cash back which is a nice perk if you manage your card well and pay your balances. Overall, would recommend for someone looking to build or rebuild credit responsibly. If you’re looking to constantly carry a balance, would look elsewhere or at secured card options for lower rates.

Doing the call the representative was respectful, respectful, and fast service and understand my need and they solve the problem right away

Awful company! Stay away from them. I did not receive and invite. The previous card I had was with Ally. I had no issues with them considering I fell behind. The account was caught up and things were great UNTIL they rolled it over to Ollo. Now, I make payments and they are credited to he account BUT the credit is not available for a week! Excuses given and for no reason. The funds have cleared the payment account and are held. The last 3 payments have been like this. It did not happen for the previous months. This is not a prepaid card either. If you make more than one payment a month, they hold funds. If you make a large payment, they hold funds. They don't want to pay the the funds that you earn for your spending and so forth. They are no different than the government. If the funds aren't available, you can't spend the money and therefor cannot utilize a credit card for purchases, vacation needs and so on. GO ELSEWHERE EVEN IF THEY SEND YOU AND OFFER!!!!! Customer service is a joke too. Sometimes you can understand them and other times "good luck". Their responses are inconsistent at times and lack correct information. You will here user agreement for everything like why you paid them money and you have no access to funds.
