Some of the caviar went bad. We were diligent about keeping it cold. When we ate it, three out of eight were inedible. I sent an email to the company and received no response.

We take product quality very seriously and guarantee the freshness of our caviar at the time of delivery. However, as a highly perishable product, we cannot guarantee quality 3 and a half weeks after delivery, as storage conditions outside our control can significantly affect freshness.
The caviar was outstanding, cream fraiche must have frozen and was very good

This is a very high quality product that comes in a convenient carry case for the caviar samples and pearlized spoon. I also appreciated the inclusion of the blinis and creme fraiche in the price of the product. They did not have to be purchased separately. This caviar set made for a great way to ring in the New Year!
