Not quite the range of the others but at half the price, it stacks up
A cheaper alternative to the other caviar types, and better and less one-note than the paddlefish. Delinitely more fitting as an ingredient in a dish or as a blini topper with creme fraiche, but it's not great on its own imo as it lacks the complexity of other caviar.
Of the four we tried, two of us LOVED this one. It was probably the prettiest… itsy bitsy tiny jet-black pearls… very Pinterest looking when served
