Delicious! Serve it traditionally with chopped eggs, chives and shallots or try it on homemade potato chips! Drizzle creme fraiche over chips and top with caviar! Yum!
Eggs were a bit smaller than expected, but good size and black/brownish color. Excellent explosion of taste on your palate with no fishy overtones and just the right amount of salt.Enjoy the eggs. Don't mix with anything or diminish the enjoyment with crackers.
