This has been consistently one f the better, less expensive caviars that I have had. Nice briny flavor and dark gray color. My score is not a reflection of a comparison to true Sevruga, Beluga or other premium caviars, but a rating based on comparison to the lesser known, secondary caviars out there.
Not a bargain, but definitely a respectable cocktail serving.
