I was under the impression the companies name is
Guangzhou Tianyu International Freight Forwarding Co a logistic company on Alibaba site.
The process started out pretty good but took a turn soon there after. The agent retracted many of her words and statements. The repetitiveness of conversation was beyond frustrating and will attribute it to the language barrier.
My order was split into two deliveries without my consent, creating a HUGE expense and inconvenience for me. I received damage product and they will not take responsibility for any of their actions or mistakes. I was told they did no wrong and "Out of Good business" they credited me 300USD out of the 3300usd that was paid. The compensation was not worth the TORTURE I endured. Alibabas Trade Assurance is a JOKE. They will not back you in any way nor can they force a merchant to compensate
The shippers advertise cheapest ..... they are not. Sadly, I hardly believe anything that was communicated or advertised. Please know you will be better off with another freight forwarder
The only reason why I am giving a 2 star is because they did communicate. Translation was torturous but they always responded.
