I am a repeat customer near Houston, TX for Olshan and my Representative is Joseph B. My home had to be leveled a year ago...there has been no issues. The 2nd, unrelated issue came about be on Monday during construction. I called Joseph again and he came out within hours. My work is scheduled for next week. The service is ALWAYS exceptional from all that I've worked with at Olshan.

Called for a free estimate on work that needed to be done very knowledgeable and easy to understand and quote seemed reasonable.I will not be using Olshan at this time but they will be my call too person when I’m ready

We had a great experience working with our assigned technician, Cameron. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process without ever making me feel pressured. Although we ultimately decided not to move forward with the project (due to timing), his customer service and professionalism were truly excellent. We greatly appreciated his honesty, time, and expertise. We will definitely return to Olshan when the time is right. Thank you!

I would prefer to have the majority or the lead engineer to be bilingual, because I do not speak any Spanish. Christopher was present to translate, but it kept me from asking questions. I have noticed from the area on my front porch that the concrete area is slightly higher in the center with a mild sloping down to each corner. This is the same in the garage areas. One horse stall pad that we put down in the garage for an exercise rack was broken. The rack was scratched and the crew were told not to move it without my son’s knowledge and help. All the empty cement material bags were not removed from my yard, they should not have been placed into My recycling bin. - - - At my sister’s home, she had plastic covering over her book shelves, fireplace and all her furniture. This was to prevent the dust from getting all over these items. They needed to have the plastic covering to stay on all these items for all the title repair work that needed to be done throughout the home. … ( a lot of cement dust layers occurs when 24+ areas are affected). The plastic covering was theirs and not the company’s to clean up. Their inside cement areas look Great. Their outside dirt area look different than at my local, but I guess all is well. When my house was lifted/ leveled my interior cracked ceiling was pieced back together very nicely. Glad I had the repair work done ✅

Tech was very informative and honest.

Jacob came out right away. Told me the issue immediately. The issue had been overlooked by Groundworks.
The crew came out and raised the stoop to fix the issue.
Olshan's prices are better than GW and they also do the dirtwork so the customer doesn't have a mess to deal with. Not to mention the added cost.
I highly recommend Olshan.

Having three contracts with different totals. On November 18 Joe Garcia and I agreed on a dollar amount. This was paid when the job was completed.

Your office called me six times from November 24 - December 2. They were seeking a balance.

Les Hayhurst told me that he would have someone do the exterior of the slab that would be part of the foundation. I have spoken to him twice on this issue. And have not heard from him on a repair date.

The concrete repair was done poorly. Polishing was not done correctly.

On picture 3-1 a trench was not covered.

An engineering letter not given.

I had Olsham come out to look at my foundation because I had cracks in some tiles. Les did a thorough evaluation from top to bottom. What I admire most is the honesty and the knowledge Les had. I did not need repair work done but Les gave me some great suggestions to prevent future repairs. It’s not that easy to find an outstanding honest company, I will definitely recommend Olsham to anyone, thanks.

Professional, excellent knowledge of drainage solutions, friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with, and punctual. Definitely recommend using them.

Michael did a great job of walking me around my house and explaining signs of settling. He explained that I did not need foundation repair. Michael explained what we could do in addition to prevent foundation repair. I called Olshans because I used them at my previuos house in Tomball.

William, Humberto, Fernando, Rodrigo, Samuel, Carlos, and Fredy came and got to work right away. All worked really hard at this very hard job and I was very pleased with the job.

I wasn't sure if I had a foundation issue from a couple of cracks in my ceiling. They came and 2 hours layer stated my foundation didn't have an issue. It is comforting that there companies who are honst and not try and sell you on something you don't need. If you might be wondering if you might have an issue I would say if them a call.

Olshan came out to give us an estimate for some concrete leveling. Representative was prompt, courteous and explained the process and estimate well.

The experience has been streamlined throughout the process, from the estimate to the final product.

Les came and did a very detailed estimate and explained everything to me. He was willing to answer my initial questions and was easy to reach for follow-up. He also gave me a booklet to explain the different techniques and warranties. I also, want to give a thank you to Les, for never pressuring a sale and giving time to think things over. He did what needed to be done on his end to make communication smooth and timely.

The work only took a few days. Victor and his team were incredibly efficient. There were plenty of check-ins to show me the progression of the work. This included a final inspection walkthrough of what was done and the checking of closure of internal doorways (All of which was a part of a check list I had to sign). I also very much appreciated that our outdoor plants and mulch were taken care of and put back in place. The crew was very hard working, kind and did a pretty darn good job cleaning up any dust/dirt left from the work. The supervisor made sure to let me know that if I caught anything that did not look right when they cleaned up that they would fix it.

Another note: There was an inspection of the work for records, to be included with the property. If we wanted to sell and needed proof, it would make it easy to retrieve. Our warranty was also transferrable to the next owners.

Lastly, there is a follow-up on the work that was done. I really appreciate that.
