Both Oscar and Gustavo, Jose and Tyler were great to work with. The rain did not cooperate for some of the day, requiring another day to finish, but that’s Mother Nature.

I was really impressed with the supervisor Rey and his crew Dardy, Gabriel, Romeo, Donis and Gustavo that was sent by Olshan out Memphis, TN. The minute they got here they started unloading their supplies and equipment. Rey introduced himself and from that moment on kept me informed on where they were under my house and what they were doing. He was coming in with his level and checking every section of every room commuting with his guys under the house making sure after the support beams were added that they got every section of that room level. I thank everyone of them for the attention they gave to my home to make sure it was repaired correctly and making it the best it could be. Thank you Olshan. I’ll recommend you to anyone that needs your services.

Some of the pea gravel aggregate concrete panels of my driveway have cracked and settled. Tyler from the Memphis office came to evaluate. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and forthright. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. He proposed a solution and described the process in detail. He also advised me on things that I could do to my driveway after this work is done to minimize the risk of future issues. I've had two other estimates from contractors, but my experience with Tyler was by far the most comprehensive and trustworthy. I had the experience to speak with Mr James Jageiewski. He was very knowledgeable of his work. Letting me know what to expect, also how the system's works, giving me more than one way of solving my water problems. If I ran a big company such as this I would have him train all my employees, he is sharp and respectful.

Tyler came out to do a year review and to address some concerns we had. He was able to give us measurements in the house to show that nothing had changed much from a year ago. He was very professional and made sure to explain what he was doing and answered all of our questions. Thank you Tyler!

We had the whole foundation replaced on our mom’s house. The scheduling process was smooth but the actual work started a day late and went two day longer the planned.

The crew did a good job with the foundation in that it seems very stable.

I have a problem with the subfloor installation. According to Tyler, the site manager, the floor should be level to 1/16 inch per 6 feet. He had a crew return to the house to fix some of the areas where the floor didn’t meet the standards. They missed other areas. In some cases the floor was more than 1/4 inch per 2 feet. It appears that they were selective is where they checked the floor and took advantage of the inexperience of my sister, who was monitoring them.

The gutter drains did not go to the woodland as stated by Adam. Also they extend up you can mow over top of them.
We should not have to stand over your employees to get them to do what we paid for.
Not pleased at all.

In my previous review of Reynaldo and his team , I didn’t think to mention your representative, Adam Power. He was very friendly and professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process of the foundation repairs we had.
He patiently answered all questions I had and returned my calls and followed up with me quickly . I appreciate all he did to help us through this process .

Elder Velasquez and his team were punctual and professional. They did an impressive job and within the projected time, despite very hot weather. When finished with the job, they restored my yard to the same condition as it was before they began work and Elder showed me what they had done, explained how the new drainage system would work and answered all of my and my wife’s questions.

The estimate was good, the appraiser was knowledgeable. I agreed to your quote & signed all of the paperwork sent to me. You didn't get 5 stars because no one in the office has called me to schedule the work.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND OLSHAN FOR YOUR HOUSE FOUNDATION REPAIRS. IT TOOK SIX DAYS FROM START TO FINISH TO FULLY REPAIR MY FOUNDATION. ALL EMPLOYEES OF OLSHAN SOLUTIONS WERE VERY RESPECTFUL. JUAN WAS THE CREW SUPERVISOR . JUAN WAS VERY POLITE AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION WE HAD. SANTOS, NOEL,GEUARO,RUDY AND MARIO WERE GENTLE WITH MY REMAINING FURNITURE THAT I WAS UNABLE TO REMOVE FROM THE HOUSE. PLASTIC WAS USED TO COVER FURNITURE TO PROTECT IT WHILE THEY WORKED. AND THE CLEAN UP AFTER THE FOUNDATION WORK WAS SPOT ON MY FLOORS WERE SWEPT AND MOPPED BEFORE THEY LEFT. THIS WAS A HUGE "WOW" MOMENT FOR ME. Today we experienced a heavy rain storm which included some hail and lightning but the crew and Olga continued to work through it. The sump pump was overloaded from excessive rain. Water came back into the basement. I called the Memphis representative and he had a service advisor come. Two days later a technician came to fix the pump. He was able to replace a pipe and a wire on the battery. Only took him an hour! The Memphis crew is a good team. Thank you!!
