Yes there was the odd issue that arose along the way but both Rob and Warren moved quickly and efficiently to resolve said issues.

Our project was a bit different as it is a ceramic tiled balcony however the information we got was positive and queries were answered straight away. The office team of Carys and Steve were very helpful throughout the initial process. The install team of Wayne and Arnie were fantastic, at all times friendly but professional. The end result was amazing and we are very happy and would highly recommend this company.

We have had our patio and driveway laid to resin with a year gap between the two, this was to determine how good it’s usability and how effective it’s draining qualities were. Both were excellent hence why we decided to go for the driveway as well.
We was very impressed with the skill and professionalism of Liam’s team, with an attitude of going that extra mile to meet our requirements. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

Great from start to finish, as ever going above and beyond. Inder, Bobby and the boys have now completed 3 driveways for our family and one for our neighbour, everyone is really happy with their work. All have been completed quickly, efficiently and neatly.

I would highly recommend Oltco! A friendly and professional team, who carried out work efficiently and to a highly quality finish. The driveway looks great!

Nice finish to drive, if you use this company check the surround stones they use are genuine bricks that keep their colour. We only had it done recently.
Our work cost £ 21.000 and the surround stones are now almost white and don’t match the red colour we chose from the samples we were shown.
Incredibly disappointing actually. Also check they complete the work with the same colour. We are having to get them back as a small part of the drive was finished with a slightly different colour.
In summary they are a good hard working team who do a good job, if you use them and they are a good company just check they complete the work with the same materials and also ensure the surrounding brick work isn't look white on completion. Ours look like breeze blocks that were dyed to match the drive.
The company have promised to rectify the different colour to a small part of the drive.

From initial enquiry through to install and after care Oltco were superb. Great service.

Our patio 'glow up' was transformational - from the initial consultation to the installation it was seamless. The team of installers were exceptionally efficient and nothing was too much trouble (even to the care and attention they gave to my harebrained desire for the inclusion of some small shells into the mix) I cannot recommend Oltco highly enough.

Be very careful using this company as we feel completely ripped off. This is why. We have an existing drive and at the survey they included for removing and replacing the hardcore sub-base. I queried this and they explained if the sub-base was ok (as determined by their ground worker at the time of the installation) they would reduce the cost at completion. The existing sub-base was fine. So we were offered £430 (materials & labour) as there was no excavation of the sub-base and no new hardcore laid. The area of the drive is 29 square metres. The labour element deduction was £166 which we felt was totally unacceptable. They threatened lawyer action and despite a complaint to the directors of the JX3 Group Ltd they weren’t prepared to deduct a more reasonable cost. If this is their business model in conning customers out of money then so be it.
Finally, throughout the process the communication with the representative of this company has been poor. We have had to constantly chase for updates and then little notice was given when the various stages of work were to take place. For example, no notice was given when the materials arrived!!
Although the product is good we would not recommend this company.

Wanting the confidence of a trusted company to install my driveway and expecting professionalism, this company couldn't be any further than this. Don't fall for the marketing.
We requested a visit, and they provide an over the phone guide price to check their services are within budget. This was 7.7k. We'd had a few other quotes already and this was higher, but we thought this would be worth it for a trusted company, hassle free and with good guarantees. In the meantime between the visit and downloading the brochure, I received multiple contacts for Oltco marketing trying to be book a visit even though I already had.
We then had someone from the local branch visit to discuss our plans and measure up. He was pleasant and appeared knowledgeable. He did slide in that they have turned down jobs due to trees etc. which was interesting. We did discuss additional bits of work like a tree removal and ACO channel installation. The quote received was £14.8k which is significantly higher than the 7.7k on the phone. This was disappointing and I emailed the guy back asking him why this was so much higher, and he confirmed it was because of the metal edge which was very expensive. This was not explained during the visit which isn't helpful. He did offer to requote without this, which I requested. I also requested to remove the tree removal and other tiny bits agreed during the visit ( removing a gate etc.) and explained our budget which was over the 7.7k initial quote. I didn't hear back from the guy. I contacted the info Oltco email to explain my disappointment with the experience and requested whether another branch 40 mins away could give us a quote to compare, and again I didn't hear back.
It appears this company care more for marketing and overcharging customers than customer service and professionalism. I think I dodged a bullet here and would expect similar customer service if anything were to go wrong with the massively overpriced end product.

Oltco have outstanding customer service from start to finish. The detailed video produced of our requirement is a great way to ensure everyone knows exactly what is being requested and avoids any unnecessary confusion or mistakes. The handover from sales to ops was also fantastic and I felt very well looked after throughout the installation process. And the product itself looks great. The neighbours are providing lots of positive feedback too. I really recommend this company. Thank you Rob, Warren and the team.

We were delighted with the work carried out by Oltco. Wayne and his colleagues did a remarkable job despite the adverse weather and were both prompt and efficient.

We have just had our 2nd job completed by Michael, Andy, and the rest of the Milton Keynes team at Oltco. Once again, the team provided the best service and a top quality job with professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we requested some last minute changes. The Groundworks were completed by Mehmet and his team again which was also of a top standard. We fully recommend Oltco.
