My experience…

I live in the UK and I was searching for a specific shoe and I happened to find it on this site for a cheap price. I was a bit sceptical at first due to its trust pilot reviews but I noticed they accepted PayPal who have a good refund policy if you get scammed etc. So, I’ve ordered the shoes they have come all the way from Italy in 3 days in perfect condition very pleased with the service!

Absolutely fantastic company

Absolutely fantastic company. Placed my order on Saturday 14/12 from UK and received it on Wednesday 18/12! Couldn’t believe how fast the delivery was especially in the busy Christmas period. Great pricing too. Will DEFINITELY use again!

Great

Great. I've bought my boyfriend a gift for Christmas £70 less expensive than other websites that's including the deliveries, read the bad reviews afterwards so I panicked a bit, but everything went well, literally delivered the product within 3 days from ordering, great packaging.

Ordered and OLuxury Cancelled my order and blamed it on a “mishap”

Ordered a pair of Maison Margiela trainers on sale as a gift. Payment was taken and no confirmation email was sent which was promised, thought nothing of as the order was in ‘My Orders’ tab of the site. The next day, cancelled my order without notifying me. It took me to email them for a response to occur telling me my order was cancelled. Then got in touch with their Whatsapp customer service who said the item is no longer in stock in my size whilst my size still remains available on their site. I asked for them to notify me when the size is available for the price I paid and the employee read and ignored the message. Awful customer experience. Would not trust this site.

Received my item and now being charged…

Received my item and now being charged by FedEx. Emailed Oluxury.com numerous times and even sent a text on instagram and still no answer and no explanation for the extra charges. NOWHERE DID IT SAY I will be charged for anything extra!

Definitely worth the experience

I’m a frequent buyer from e-commerce platforms. I had doubts as I read negative reviews on Trustpilot so I emailed them before making my first order. They immediately replied, were very professional, and I received my product in record time. Fully recommend them!!

Great customer service sorting out DHL

I purchased a Canada Goose jacket which was competitively priced. I emailed to say I needed it urgently and delivery was 4 days (even with the DHL issues). It unfortunately got stuck in DHL UK customs to pay import duty/tax. I emailed Oluxury who responded straight away to say they would look into this with DHL Italy as they had shipped it incorrectly. It got sorted very quickly and happy with the item

Buyers beware I bought a £165 top from…

Buyers beware I bought a £165 top from this company which I sent back to Italy at my own expense and it would outside their 16 days which was in the smallest print possible. They are now refusing refund or to send the top back to me unless I pay for postage and the company is based in Italy. DONT BUY FROM!

Perfect and so fast

When another retailer let me down with an item I purchased, oluxury was the only other place I could find what I wanted, I hadn’t heard of them before and with so few reviews I was very unsure however desperate times! I only ordered yesterday at 2.30 pm and my parcel is already here less than 24 hours later not only is it perfect I also scored a very healthy discount. I am beyond pleased with the whole experience and will definitely shop with OLuxury again

Buyers beware, if you are thinking about purchasing here, it’s really not worth the hassle!! DON’T DO IT!!

This is a fraudulent company that has robbed me from my money.
I received an empty parcel however they refuse to solve this problem.

They ignore messages and show absolutely no care or customer service for the situation.

Very saddening when you spend hundreds of hard on euros.

I will not let this situation rest and unfortunately needed to instate legal help.
Like I said this company refuses to adhere to normal consumer rights and I will probably lose a lot of time and money battling this.

Super fast delivery, great sale!

Brilliant service start to finish. I'm uk based, got great price (inc all taxes). Shipping is £15 but I placed order on Sunday morning, got delivered on Tuesday afternoon! Would defo use again.

Faulty poor quality bags

Ordered a jaquemus bag and the quality is absolutely terrible I would even believe its fake. Glue is coming off all the corners and the bottom of bag is all wrinkled. Contacted customer service and they only offer 10% off no replacement for faulty product. Disgusting
