AVOID!!! Absolute scam!! I purchased through walmart online thinking it was walmart not realising it was a 3rd party seller.

They took the money, I then got an email from walmart saying nothing other than they were issuing a refund.

Then an envelope with a sticker in nothing else inside arrived. Walmart sent another email saying now that I had recieved my phone that was thought to be "lost" they would charge me unless I sent it back.

TOTAL scam!!! No phone and now i'm stuck trying to stop walmart charging me over $500!

Sold me a new iPhone 12 for 800 bucks. Screen stopped working. Even the back glass was not authentic. Called apple the plying had been actived 2 years ago. They sold me a phone with a used screen and used patty’s claiming it to be new.

Buyers please be aware! There is a phone company that is scamming people globally and they’re not stopping and sadly I am one of the victims, I’m someone before I order something online I always read the reviews but I got betrayed by this method because i failed to do outside research.

So basically I ordered a new Iphone 11 and received a phone case instead, how disheartening, I literally spent over $502US for this phone and didn’t receive it, when I did outside research I realize I am not the only person who got scammed.

If you’re reading this right now, I’m asking you to please don’t purchase from om-wireless on Ebay, this seller is selling used phones as new, and I also realize this company is also on Amazon, so please be careful. To make the situation alot worst, this seller is considered one of the top rated sellers, yet they still scam! Don’t be like me, do outside research before you purchase from anyone.

Sold as "new" and "Very Good. Condition". The phone arrived with scratches on face and a blemished fingerprint reader. I contacted O&M and all they offered was a refund. My request for them to honor our their description fell on deaf ears. Don't buy from this company. Bait and switch. Purchased through walmart.com

Bad experience. Ordered phone on eBay. Got ‘We shipped your phone’ same day. When not received unable to contact them by phone since it eventually goes to voice mail. Called several times. No response to email generated by eBay ‘Contact seller’ feature. Only after threats to exercise eBay refund insurance and dispute credit card transaction did I get an email that they couldn’t send phone due ‘glitch’ in their system that they don’t have that phone at all. To top it off they lied to eBay saying I cancelled the order.

Great company. I love that they made sure I received my phone and not someone else by making sure it was signed for.
