After visiting this company and providing them with the required products, we spent $ 90 000.
within the first 6 months we began having problems with the supplied machinery.
the sales consultant, ( Anna with the owners son Jack ) was contacted.
they required we send photos of all the issues we having.
we sent videos and photos.
we explained our problems in detail with this supplier but all in vain.
they refused to accept responsibility and totally ignored our complaints of there machines failing.
the most common response was " we will give you parts free on your next order"
to date, multiple machines have broken down costing us $ 1850 and counting.
upon contact, again we are asked the same thing , send photos.....
