What a great service , faultless .

I had a home sitter whilst on holiday and typically my home alarm batteries failed
Setting the alarm off. I called omega and explained the situation … within an hour attended my property replaced the required parts .
Pleasure to deal with and gave me peace of mind to enable me to enjoy the rest of my holiday.

Omega Fire and Security Ltd recently installed our new domestic CCTV system. The process from original enquiry, through consultation to installation was flawless, and we have no hesitation in highly recommending the company for its professionalism, responsiveness, efficiency and quality of workmanship.
Brothers Andy and Martyn were extremely knowledgeable, very personable and tidy workers, who both paid great attention to detail. They ensured that we were confident in using the operating system, and followed up several days later with an after sales visit, to check that technology was running smoothly and to answer questions arising.
The entire project was completed within a day, with minimal disruption, and we thank Omega for exceeded our expectations.

Recently had my yearly maintenance appointment booked in with Imogen and it couldn't have been any better. Very friendly and professional, she was very efficient and also extremly helpful. I am having a loft conversion done and needed my box at the back of the house moved which she did. Definitely would recommend Omega to anyone.

From the really great way my inquiry was handled by Jenny to the terrific face-to-face service that Imogen, the engineer, gave at the inspection, friendly, efficient, helpful, I cannot fault the service I would highly recommend.

I’ve used Omega for a number of years, their high level of service has been the same from day one; keen to provide you with the equipment you need and not to sell you something you don’t.

Imogen has just checked all of the devices, replaced batteries and even moved a sensor to provide better coverage as the room layout had changed since the last test; this was all completed as part of the annual maintenance.

Exceptional service from Martyn today, installing and completing works to a CCTV system and alarm system. Everything was explained very well, and clear, and he went over and above to help. Very friendly but professional too. Thank you Martyn!

Martyn and Andy have offered such a professional and friendly service. They talked us through every step of the way from quoting through to installation. They have catered for all our needs in upgrading an old system installed in the late 90s and have added in CCTV to the front and back of our house too. Put simply, no stone was left unturned… they even replaced all the items exactly as they were found in the cupboard storing the CCTV recorder. Thank you for everything! Faultless!

Omega Fire and Security are simply first class. The 2 guys that came were, quick, efficient and extremely professional. They fitted a video entry system to our home. They had to cut into a red brick Edwardian fascia but did so expertly.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I have used Omega and have to say they have been excellent. They provided a quality product at a fair price and the installation was organised and swift and they tidied up completely afterwards. They then took me through the system to ensure I knew how everything worked and a week later I got a follow up call to ensure all was as it should be. Great work Omega and thanks you.
