Cheating owner and kite company at Ometepe
🤟Cheating owner and company. I rented some kit equipment for 3 days. All good 👍, but as waves were to big, I did not use any of the rented. After 2 days when I wanted to return the equipment, he charged me from scratches all over the board. I was in shock, as the owner could see I have not been out kitting at all. Also he charged for the 3rd day, which I understand. I seriously do not understand why he want to cheat his customers. He did the same to some other people I meet. So rent another place or make sure to take pictures and film of all your gear before using it!!! The owner was from the middle East, I do not remember his name. He was very nice to begine with but very aggressive the end. My girlfriend and me actually got scared from his behavior 😞.
