I placed an order on 29th August and it…
I placed an order on 29th August and it has still not arrived, hasn’t even made it to Evri for delivery. I emailed omg fashion on 4th September asking for an update, no response, emailed again on 9th September asking for a refund. Received a response to that to say if I haven’t received in the next two days to get back to them and they can issue a refund or send replacements. I asked for a refund to begin with no delivery nearly 2 weeks from ordering is not acceptable especially when you pay for delivery!
