DO NOT participate in their conferences

I had a bad experience with one of the conferences they offered: Pediatric Cancer Congress, Frankfurt, Germany 2023. I had registered for the full package after they invited me for this in-person conference. I have paid more than $900 for fees and hotel stay. At the lats minute, they changed conference to virtual claiming that many international people did not get their visa. The price for virtual conference was only 299, not to mention that I traveled to a foreign city and paid tickets and transportation to arrive at the conference hotel. I asked for a refund but they did not issue any refund and I am waiting more than 3 months with no communication or refund.
