I spoke to Clayton today, after assessing my tax debt there was nothing his company could do as I am already on a payment plan and my financial situation has not changed. I appreciated the honesty especially since over a year ago, I paid a law firm just under $8000 to negotiate a payment plan with the IRS and everything they promised was a lie, I was scammed. I just ended up paying all interest and late fees, The company told me would be dropped. I will recommend Clayton to friends and family if they need help with late taxes as I feel a company that is honest enough to turn down a potential client they can't help will do their best to help those they can. I didn’t actually use the service however I spoke to Sally and Carmine and if I needed their help, I absolutely would go with this company. Why? Because I had used another company before and I told Sally that I am not interested and that I spent over eight grand and I don’t want to hear a thing and she was just as kind just saying, 'hey just let me share some information' and then she got Carmine on the phone. He and I had a little conversation and I brought him up to speed and he said oh wow you’re doing good then OK thanks. I told him to tell her thank you because normally people get upset, they get nasty. I’m going to share their information if I hear anyone that has a tax situation. I wish they were available when I use that other company.

I have worked with a few tax relief companies in the past and was fortunate to connect with OMNI! And Clayton Davis is the best I have worked with! First thing is he doesn’t sound like a salesman! He’s confident in himself, and obviously knows his business. My questions were answered in a way that was clearly understood and if he didn’t have an answer, told me he would get back to me as soon as he got an answer. He explains his company’s benefits very precisely and didn’t have to ask to ask ‘ can you repeat that’? I have recently had some financial issues and he’s a very compassionate person. I haven’t been able to start with OMNI because I can’t pay the full amount, but I have arranged payments, and Clayton has made it clear that nothing can be done until the full amount is received. But it’s the way he carries himself and how he respects my situation! I believe he’s the kind of person who treats all his clients the same! Clayton has been awesome! We have been discussing options over a period of several months to protect us from collection and prosecution. The taxing authority offered a solution just as we began to work together and Omni graciously offered to step back and let us accept the offer. Their values and effort to genuinely care for us during the process was not something you see much today.

I just finished the paperwork with Omni and the representative that I was speaking with was Clayton Davis. I found Clayton to be a really great guy. He was friendly, informative, he guided me through the process and all the paperwork work which seemed a little daunting, but as it turned out, it went very very smoothly. I have to admit that I was perhaps a little frazzled as I was also working on my taxes and preparing to go out of town and so at different times I may have dropped the ball as it were and through all that Clayton was just calm and supportive, and as I said before friendly. I couldn’t recommend him any higher.
