Ordered a couple of items Mar 30, 2020. After a month hadn’t received anything so checked in. There statement was it was in shipping, so they couldn’t do anything until I got it, at which point they would refund my money if I wasn’t satisfied. About 3 months in I got one item. Wrote off the other as their tracking app showed it never left China. Just got the second item, 25 Aug. 5 Months. Certainly will never do business with these drop shippers again.

Definitely scammers!
I've ordred an item 4 month ago and kept asking them to deliver as the customer service keeps saying it would be delivered soon.
However I haven't got it yet.
Finally their email address is not working anymore. you shouldn't use this company to purchase anything.

I bought a reverse folding umbrella from this store, which was alleged to be "storm-proof". It came with a one-year satisfaction guarantee if the product malfunctioned or was not optimal. It seemed like the exact product I had been looking for, as I live in a city where the weather might be turbulent, especially during the latter times of the year.

I received the product now, during the spring/summer of 2020. Worked well; seemed to be sturdy and endurable. However, the one-click method was inconvenient, seeing as I would still have to fold the handle of the umbrella on my own. . . which required a certain amount of arm strength. Not an easy process, and even more inconvenient when the umbrella was already wet from my having walked in the rain.

Atop this, one of the screws came loose and disappeared after a mere a few uses of this umbrella (not even in harsh weather). This rendered the product wobbly and not optimal anymore. Hence, I sent a mail inquiring about a possible refund or replacement product. I received no reply. Some weeks later, I supplied another email with added photographic evidence. Still, no reply.

Went to visit the store, to see if I could acquire further information. . . and I was simply directly to the "shopify.com" site. I am unsure if this site still is accessible, but in my experience, this is not an eligible site to purchase from.

I received a broken umbrella and they sent me a new one right away. Shipping was slow though

Placed an order over 3 months ago and still have not received it. Have also not been able to hear back from the company even after contacting them multiple times via email and their Facebook page. The tracking number I have received now says it is expired, and I’m now without the item I ordered and not reimbursed for it.

So many times I've tried to contact them by e-mail and no answer. The tracking number of my umbrela is still saying the product left China and this is already three months old information. Please don't blame the COVID19 pandemic for not giving any information. I want my money back!! Or my umbrela. This is called robbery!

AWFUL. Ordered something over 4 months ago. Still don't have and customer service not answering.

I have ordred a package 1 month ago and I have still not got it.. Support are not answering! Dont buy from them, keep your money.

Received an umbrella after 20 days I placed my order. The umbrella was broken, they were nice in the beginning and promise will send me a new one, till now almost two month I am still waiting for my umbrella!
Promise will mail me a new one but not giving me the trace number!

If you require your items within a reasonable period of time, don’t buy them with Omniwoah. Supply lead time is usually more than a full month. Although shipments come from China, which is not advertised, it should be possible to expedite purchased faster than this.
