Do NOT subscribe!!
The app is NOT what it is marketed as. It is absolutely weight-centric, restrictive eating and calorie counting focused. For example, the very first activity, intended to get me to weigh myself daily (triggering!!), was to give myself a reward for doing so such as watching TV! If you are looking for a genuinely new approach- this is NOT it!!
Also, once you sign up, it is NOT POSSIBLE to cancel your subscription in the app. The app directs you to the App Store settings, but this is not where subscription is held. Only option is to contact them to seek cancellation. No amount of complaint will get subscription refunded. It’s like you are talking to a robot.
On the upside, if you do seek cancellation, the first thing they do is offer free life time access. So there is really no point maintaining a subscription when they will give it away for free.
DO. NOT. SUBSCRIBE!!
Signed up for the 7 day trial
Signed up for the 7 day trial, as soon as I did this I was offered a millions ways to subscribe. In trying to continue with my 7 day trial I subscribed for £79. I immediately recognised my mistake and contacted them and they refused to refund me despite this being a genuine error. Would NOT recommend. Offered lifetime access to the app instead when what I could really do with is a refund. They will say I signed up to the terms and conditions but I will say automatically default you to the subscription option and then make it very difficult for you to return to your previously selected trial
Refusing to refund!
Went to buy a week's trial but then found I'd paid £48 for a meal plan I neither wanted nor needed. They are now refusing to refund me. Ignore their ads on Facebook at all costs.
NEVER SIGN FOR TRIAL or if your already…
NEVER SIGN FOR TRIAL or if your already did BLOCK your card IMMEDIATELY!
OMO FIT stolen USD 79.77 from me and refused to refund.
Their refund policy is nothing but false!
FRAUDSTER registered in Cyprus, so hard to catch.
AVOID *****Do not sign up for a trial
AVOID *****Do not sign up for a trial! I paid the 50p 5 day trial. I read all the small print and it never mentioned anything about OMO taking full payment after! It’s a total scam! Thankfully Barclays are disputing the transaction. Any attempt to cancel/unsubscribe/ refund is met with automated email claiming they ask for your authorisation and this is not possible!I wish I screenshot shot everything at the time! I feel let down and mislead. I honestly did not
See this coming !
scam artists
Asked for basically all my personal info then tried to charge a fortune for a “diet plan”. I didn’t take the bait and am now getting about six emails a day telling me to sign up.
They took £80 without refund
I have a brain injury
I didn’t cancel in time and got a £80 fee when I have not even touched the app
Poor customer service
No flexibility to assist with a disability
I will be taking this further
SERIOUSLY…DO NOT RISK IT!!!!
SERIOUSLY…DO NOT RISK IT! This email says it all in response to my request for a refund:
“As for your refund request, according to our Refund Policy, all purchases are final. However, as an alternative solution, I would like to offer you lifetime access to the application”
Scam Company!
Please , any any way. This Company is a scam. Took money from my bank and it is a robotic company. No real people is working on site with it. Be aware ! This company is a SCAM!
Do NOT sign up
Do NOT sign up - I can’t stress enough - I signed up for a 1 month trial at £11 and I’ve been trying to cancel and it’s impossible. I ended up cancelling my credit card and they’re still trying to take money but it’s declined each time. It’s rubbish too btw - prays on the face that most people want to lose a few pounds - and the app is a waste of time. I used it 1 day and realised it was nonsense.
Another scam out there
Another scam out there. I set up my after payment with PayPal and that was the only reason I could stop my future payment. The option to unsubscribe wasn't available through the app. Be careful
Please do not think scammers out getting…
Please do not think about getting involved with these scammers. They offer a trial but debit your account immediately without you even accepting the plan. They will not refund the money so please delete them and report them should they appear on Instagram.
SCAM
Same here.
Scam!
They let you subscribe a free trial and then they assume you purchased a subscription for 3 months and on the same day they take the 79,20 € from your creditcard.
Be aware. Don't fall in this trap.
subscription not required
I wanted to activate the 3-day trial and they activated the annual subscription directly, on the same day by taking 48 euros from me. I asked for an immediate refund and I never used the service but they refused. incorrect.
BE VERY CAREFUL
Wouldn't give it that PLEASE BE VERY AWARE the there is no refund and it comes up with this special £48 diet you must be careful not to touch it it charges you and you get nothing back but what's worse you get nothing anyway
Just a scam
I tried to sign up for a 0.50p trial and ended up paying £79.20 which they will not refund. Like others on here they are only offering lifetime access.

SCAM do not subscribe
SCAM do not subscribe. They keep taking my money despite the fact I have unsubscribed and have no access. All they do is advise they are legally entitled to keep taking the money and offering a lifetime access.
The worst app ever DO NOT Subscribe
