Omron updated the app so I can no longer log in. My email has also changed but they offer only one option to update your email. I talked to support who told me I would have to create another account with my new email and they would migrate my readings over. This never happened. It's been weeks. Now I call and get a wall of resistance. No option to escalate to corporate, not corporate contact is given when requested. Basically you're spending your money on a product with ZERO support. I don't understand why they couldn't just update my email address. They are way behind the times in terms of technology. I retired with almost 30 years in IT and haven't seen a company this far behind technically.
