I had delays on my returns package that was taking a little longer than normal to be processed (as I sent another return a few months ago also which was very quick) and emailed support about the status. Nauna was very helpful and processed the return right there, was simple and easy. Great service, thankyou

I shop at Onceit often for gifts, bedding, beauty products etc for great prices and fast delivery. At times we have had delays (these things happen especially now days) but the communication from staff and their responses and help have always been exceptional.

Really inconsistent. The product line and pricing and good but delivery and customer service were poor. There was a delay on half the order and they refused to the remaining items instead delaying the whole order by several weeks. Will only purchase again if I don’t need the item any time soon

I ordered a fragrance body mist on april the 26th. They said that it had been shipped the next day. With the item coming from overseas I expected a longer delivery time but its nearing 2 months later and I still have no idea where my package is or when it will arrive. All communications with onceit have been vague and unhelpful. The replies seem like they are stalling for time. I use to be a regular customer for onceit and never use to have problems, but now I am not so sure I can trust how it delivers on service as well as packages 😅

Edit: I got into contact with onceit and they swiftly refunded me and also provided me with some credit. Which was a nice surprise. I feel bad for my previous review as it was actually the supplier who was giving both onceit and myself the runaround. This experience has assured me that they do care for their customers. Sometimes things just happen that are out of our control.

I purchased a wifi enabled side table with cell phone charger technology on the top. Cool idea. Sadly when the table arrived the timber top was stained orange and the legs were stained blonde! It looks cheap and awful. The second issue is the wifi does not sync with my Sonos sound system so I can either play the wifi through the table speaker or through the Sonos speaker but not both simultaneously. So the table is useless to me. I explained both issues multiple times and right my first comms with the Onceit ‘support’ team. The did not acknowledge my comments regarding the timber stain difference. They advised there may be a technical fault with the table. I continuously advised it is a syncing issue. They chose to send me another table from Australia. The support team advised me that it is clear in the online photos that the stain on the timber top is not the same as the stain on the legs. I disagree 100% and further the advert does not describe the table as two tone stain! At no time have I been offered a refund (until I posted this review). Do not buy the Clevinger wifi enabled table from Onceit! I’m so frustrated and disappointed with Onceit and I will stop purchasing from them.

I bought a KitchenPro 2000W 47cm Electric BBQ Grill/Teppanyaki/Non-stick Surface Hot Plate

Great service and delivery from Onceit, very fast and easy. My only problem was first time I used the grill, half way through cooking a meal on it (on temp 2) it completely stopped cooking and would not turn back on, I ended up having to transfer meal to pan on stovetop to finish cooking. Not ideal when paying $80ish NZD to purchase and have shipped from Australia to NZ, also hassle when having to return faulty goods back to Australia at my expense..Lucky for me this time, my husband is great with electronics and worked out that the fuse inside the plug in cord had blown which he said should never have happened. It was a $5 replacement from Jaycar for us but for someone who is not electronic savvy a very inconvenient technical fault with the electric grill.

I have bought multiple items from. Onceit. Easy site to use and prompt delivery. My recent (rug) purchase didnt work out, there were a few flaws, BUT Kara in customer service was superb to deal with. Helpful, clear prompt communication with a favourable outcome. I will continue to shop at Onceit. Thank you.

I have always found Onceit to be very easy to deal with, quick at replying and the service has been exceptional. I have had to return a couple of products in the past year and it has never been an issue, the money was refunded immediately. Very happy with Onceit and will continue to keep purchasing off this site.

Ordered an escooter for $1.5k. The specs said they could take up to 150kg on a 40deg incline, Turns out it struggled to take a 100kg on a 5deg incline. Tryed emailing multiple times to see if i was doing it wrong or possibly a replacement as i would hope they wouldn't be falsely advertising products. No Reply.
After a week i decided to go down the refund track, I paid postal to return the scooter, 2 weeks after sending it back still haven't had anything. Tried emailing and again no reply.
Considering they took it immediately it shouldn't take that long to give it back.

My order was incorrect. I emailed Onceit to inform them and received an email back from George. I cannot fault George for getting my correct order sorted and sent. He was so efficient, prompt and extremely helpful. He was fantastic.

Be careful what you purchase. They claim to be a luxury website and I purchased two dresses from them. When they arrived, they were the cheapest quality polyester and exactly the same dresses are sold on AliExpress. Terrible experience and a total waste of money.
