We rented two cars from One2Move Vejle for our family holiday with 10 people. Both the cars and the service were great! We had some specific requests and Kennet and Henrik were very kind and helpful. The cars were spacious, clean and comfortabel, complete with child seats. The delivery service was excellent. Definitely recommended!

Good service, good price. The booking went as expected, no surprises. Nice and easy.

Fin instruktion under afhentning. Flexibel aflevering. God lift og rent lastrum. Alt i alt en god lastbil.

Very bad service and not trustworthy.
We rented a car at Rødovre MC Bride auto department. They said after we are done with car we can just park outside and drop the the key in the box. We did and in the morning they sent us sms that there is a hole on the lift. I was sure I left the car without any damage but they didn’t accept it probably they made it willingly. They draw 5000 kr from my account luckily I had bought insurance otherwise they would draw more. I called one2move but they didn’t help us I think they work together and share the money. Be careful when you rent a car with them or rent from another company. They first said it is a small damage that will not cost much but now they wrote to me they have to change all lift only spare part is 2600 euro😂😂 they are ridiculous and not trustworthy. Please be away from that company.

Great service and prices! The van I rented was in mint condition and I was able to book it despite being a holiday. In general I am really happy with the rental process and I would definitely prefer One2move if I need a rental again.

One2move Vejle is really good. Well natured people and great service. Plus, didn't make fun of me when I said "Jeg kan ikke tale dansk. Kan du snakke dansk i stedet?" like a muppet. Very happy with them!

I have booked a delivery Van (stor varevogn) on 02/01-2020. It was my first expecience with one2move and I had plan to rent it again on Feb. from them since the initial price is very cheap compared to others. But at the end I paid more.
I would NOT recommend One2move/ Aarhus N office due to below reasons:

- When I got the Van, the car was not clean (I have the picture from the one side of the van, Unfortunatly not inside of the Van) and as I know there was not any agreement that I needed to return it clean. However, they charged me 100 DKK for cleaning (Rengøring). Please be aware that it is the winter time, so it is normal that the inside of van will be dirty.

- I know it was my mistake that I did not check the car 's body when they delivered the car to me.However, I would like to tell you my experience.
I delivered the car around 00:15 AM to the office on 03/01-2020 in Aarhus N, Some one called me from office at 7:32 AM and told me that there was a crash on the hood (bonnet/ motorhjelm) and asked me to pay excess (compansation/ selvrisiko 3000DKK) for it. I am sure that it was not my fail but I did not have any pictures to prove it that it was from before. So, after negotiation we agreed to pay 1500 DKK for it instead of 3000Dkk. I know I can not claim about it as it was my fault not to check the car, However, I would recommend you check all the car 's body and take the pictures before renting from one2move (or at least the Aarhus N office) when the selvriskio is not Zero and the car is not clean.

Nobody new about my reservation at the beginning. The man present had to call other people.
No printed contract or other paper was given .
Vehicle old and dirty. The floor of the Loading cabin full of sand.
I was told not to lock the passenger's cabin doors otherwise it would never open again ( !! ).
No wipe-wash liquid ( Dangerous in rainy conditions )
One of the back doors was blocked and could not be opened .

Great service. If I need to rent a car, I choose those guys.

Nice people in the office with clear rules. The car was ok, but it was dirty and with spiderwebs in the mirrors. Not big deal, but I had a wedding and I was supposed to arrive in a clean car. Service was good and the price was really nice
