I ordered a Shacket In New York last september.
I wore the Shacket maximum 6 times before it broke near the left shoulder.
I contacted them and had to insist multiple times to get a replacement.
The shacket broke again after I wore it 3 times and at the same place.
I contacted them again and now they are not responding at all.
To resume, I had to pay twice for custom duties and also for the shipment for the previous shacket to New York and all of this to still have a broken Shacket.

The quality of the product is bad quality to brake so easily and they don't make any effort to be customer centric and recognize the problem on those!

I configured a jacket and a shirt at the store in New York. Delivery to germany took twice as long as told.
The german customs duty had to be paid full (one third of the retail price), although I was told all fees were included in the price.
The shirts colors were not as configured. Also they were bleeding out on the differently coloured parts of the shirt. So it became unwearable.
I demanded a refund by mail and didn't get an answer.

So I am very disappointed.
