I've just finished my 2nd involvement in a ProSolution migration. I was pleased to see the same Advanced team were involved (Helen, Noor, Paul, Matt, Neil) and their support/help was invaluable along the way. just want to thank Paul Steel, when consultants and support were unable to resolve issues with the hardware we had, Paul went above and beyond to sort the issue which he managed to do not only on this occasion but several others too. To be honest I don't know what we would have done without his help as no one else could resolve the ongoing issue we had experienced.

We've recently invested in PICS as a college and have spent the past 6 months integrating it into our current systems/processes. Their Senior Professional Services Consultant Irfan Mulla has helped us no end, from the very first conversation, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand our needs, explained everything clearly, and guided us through the process with patience and confidence. Irfan has always responded to any queries we have had since our consultancy days and I have always felt supported throughout - their expertise made a real difference.

Raise a ticket with support who arranged a teams call to suit my work schedule and talked me through the procedure and identify where I was going wrong. Good customer support.

Jessica Mistry from the helpdesk was extremely helpful in resolving the problem for UKHSA, providing updates and asking the necessary questions to ensure the right team could look into it.

Over the past few months Jared has been a great source of support helping me with various projects such as VA and Libre. I know if I have a problem he tends to have the anwsers to resolve the issues and always does. He is very knowledgable of the products and always professiona. Merwin Rodrigues Was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Guided me through on resetting passwords when Docman and EMIS have lost connection. Instructions were clear and followed very easy. Very polite and customer service skills excellent.

Annapoorna form the education team was very knowledgeable, supportive and able to resolve my issue providing excellent troubleshooting skills.
