Before OneAdvanced took over the company, they used to be the gold standard in customer support with issues solved quickly and efficiently over remote connections with a quick and efficient phone call to someone who knew what they were doing.
Now software quality has hit rock bottom, updates continually introduce more bugs and the support service is almost non-existent and you can no longer get through on the phone. Issues remain unresolved for months and months and require you to keep chasing them. If you don't issues timeout and are automatically closed and marked as resolved when they are not. At the same time the cost of the products has tripled.

Raised TMS and HR systems issues with one advanced, they were not time critical but we still received a response in good time. After 2 teams calls these were resolved even involving raising a new ticket so that was a pretty good response rate. Mani Kuppa explained what was the issue and showed us how to fix it for the future
