Wish i'd read the reviews of this company before ordering.

Wish I'd read the reviews of this company before placing the order. The batteries come from China and take weeks and weeks to get here. The site says dispatched within 2 days but what they don't tell you is the 15 days delivery time, if you're lucky. Please avoid this company at all costs. Mary, the contact I have, is lovely and helpful but it's not until you dig really deep into their t&c's that you see the long delivery time.

You would think ordering from a .co.uk…

You would think ordering from a .co.uk website would mean UK based stock with quick delivery - Not so with this company!

I ordered 2 x 3v batteries and it took nearly 5 weeks to finally receive them……. from China (via Hong Kong).

AVOID (unless you are happy to wait over a month for delivery).

Not a UK company

Not a UK company. Claimed to have a battery in stock, didn't have it' now a wasted week later I'm trying to get a refund. Avoid.

Onebattery not UK

One battery web & email is .co.uk. and adverise despatch within 1 to 2 working days. Don't be fooled by this as I have been. Onebattery is not a UK company so don't think the product you are purchasing is in a UK warehouse/storage facility. The battery I purchased comes from Hong Kong via a German distributor. So whilst it is probably despatched within 1 to 2 business days, it took 4 weeks to actually receive. Not much good then as a replacement unless the battery is not for regular use. So having communicated with onebattery and asked for refund, I have to stump up the delivery charges up front, which means I'm out of pocket either way and highly unlikely to get any money back. Not impressed and my next action is UK trading standards.
