Just wanted to write a review to make…

Just wanted to write a review to make people further aware of developments that have been happening behind everyone’s backs. The company has operated until recently other the name one collection group now it operates under the name one management services. It seems that after all the bad reviews and backlash they have separated all bars restaurants etc into different brands and operating them separately rather then under a group “name” or brand because of how much backlash there was. Just in case you come across any of these company names be aware! Also names Richard Knox or Richard Thomas Knox, Kelly Knox, Natalie Ellis, Phillip Brumwell, Chloe Forrest, Gary Forrest, Rachel Turnbull, Gavin Fraser, Stuart Nevin. Please do not give money to their venues and hotels if you are from the north east!! They are con artists and deserve to go to jail - which hopefully will happen one day.

We need more people to speak

One collection, All saints, High Street Group and Hadrian Real Estate and however many “other” names and companies - they must be sitting laughing all the way while some people are left with nothing.

Chairman of HSG paid himself a guaranteed whopping six figure salary, year-in year-out.

He has asset-stripped HSG, transferring valuable real estate to The ONE Collection. transferring other assets to Hadrian real estate.
and also All saints ??(now in liquidation ofc) to mentioned already Richard Knox including the Buddha lounge - tynemouth - wait wasn’t that pet of High Street Hospitality a second ago???

The profitable Hotel 52 hotels and other valuable assets and companies now all belonging to series of different companies - but all relating to them!

None of the investors or any other organisation are doing anything about the actions of these people . Clearly filling up the pockets of liquidators administrators and who ever needs be.

This lot don't even deserve one star

This lot don't even deserve one star. I took out a guaranteed rental agreement contract with them on my property. Only one of the first six payments came on time, the rest needed continual chasing and were often up to 4 weeks late. Payments then stopped altogether before they proposed completely different terms, around 40% worse than the contract they had signed. Clearly they withheld rent as leverage to encourage acceptance of the new terms. I rejected these and had to take out a court order to recover the missing rent. Nothing but conmen, do your homework on the directors and stay well clear.

Same as a lot of others we have wasted…

Same as a lot of others we have wasted a lot of time trying to recover our losses. Upon reading other reviews we have done research outside of what the insolvency practitioners would like us to believe and even hired a PI (legally) to track down our money since we’re no longer in UK, this is what we know so far and we hope it helps someone: this was never a legitimate company even thou they clearly have “bricks and mortar” it’s all smoke and mirrors, Richard Thomas Knox and Gary Forrest seem to be equal partners or at least presenting themselves as such to friends and family up north east England , they are making money from numerous other companies through out Uk - some have been moved around same as assets around the time hsg went down, most of their staff (and all of the staff in management or higher positions) are close friends or family / relatives of the two people mentioned above. There are a lot of other rumours that cannot simply be confirmed so wouldnt like sharing, but let’s just say they seem to be dangerous and terrible people.

Same as all other reviews…

Same as all other reviews. This company is just what’s left of High Street Group Hospitality after stealing money from multiple investors. Please beware of people mentioned below if you’re in the north east as they go around conning businesses and people even now. Not payin out any debts or money due to others. Gary Forrest and Phil Brumwell run it, also running venues Natalie Ellis and Chloe Forrest Newcastle, Richard Knox and Kelly Knox in tynemouth

Thieves

Thieves, living the big life off other people's money, that CEO Garry lives in Washington and spent our money on big boxing events in Vegas, sporting events and concerts at Wembley, burned through it like there was no tomorrow, absolute digrace if this cretin doesn't get locked up.
Phill Brumwell and Stuart Niven also well known crooks as well as Richie Knox who’s some local pretend “gangsta” working as their muscle instead of at club doors. Keep your eyes out for these people and their companies so you don’t get scammed!!

Hadrians Tower is a joke

Hadrians Tower is a joke! Terrible living conditions, the building is falling apart. Impossible to get hold if anyone and report. The company has a really bad reputation and after reading other reviews I’m not surprised. Same ownership as High street group- just matter of time before they bankrupt

Scammers with no morals or conscience

I paid this company a 5K fully refundable reservation fee last year for a property at Hadrian’s Tower Newcastle which after viewing I confirmed I no longer wished to purchase. Also, I discovered a student was renting the property through them when I viewed it! I was promised my refund would be returned by both Mr Colin Myers and Mr Phil Brumwell. After countless emails and messages I have still not received a penny. They are complete crooks and I am shocked how they are able to continue to rip people off. If anyone else is in the same position as me I would be grateful to get in touch with the aim to get our money back.

The worst company ever

The worst company ever. A complete scam. I reserved a property with them before seeing the property and paid a 5k reservation fee that was stated clearly that is refundable. However after viewing, the condition and quality of the property is a lot lower than anticipated so I decided to not go ahead and request a refund. They said no problem, and now 5 months later still no luck of getting my money back. Multiple chases and calls throughout and this has been an absolute nightmare experience. DO NOT BUY, RENT, OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
