Don’t believe the 5 star reviews. They are fake. We were trapped with this company for years. Paying £100 per month for a sim only contract. Other people have lost businesses due to the misselling occurring here. Please visit the OneCom Complaints FB group and read the issues people are facing.

These 5 star reviews are fake customers. I suggest you search onecome on social media to find the thousands people there desperate due to miss sold contracts. Also contact Vodafone to inform them of your poor experience of this morally bankrupt company

Talked into a so great deal that they had no interest that I had no signal at my work or at home. It took me 5 months to get them to take notice but customer service rep did and all charges were dropped and contract null and void. This could have been avoided if they had done the due diligence instead of the hard push and promising the signal would get better. I’m glad I’m out of it and would not recommend to anyone I’m afraid

Live chat was easy and quicker than trying to get to speak to someone. The agent Diwakar was very thorough with the security questions. It would have been helpful to understand that activation was not immediate rather than me having to ask the question.
Please do not use this company under any circumstances
This company is totally dishonest. The headline discounts last only half of the contract and the full contract price is incredibly high. It impossible to exit the contract ever without incurring extortionate fees at the back end. None of this is explained properly. The sales team were incredibly rude when I asked them to explain how I would ever be able to exit the contract without penalties. Please, please do not sign a contract with this company for your own sake!

Please be aware - this feels like fraud. All the positive reviews here look like Al-generated messages, which makes the situation even more concerning.
Unfortunately, it also seems like Vodafone may be selling customer details. We received a call from someone claiming to be from Vodafone, saying that as loyal customers we were eligible for a special offer. They proposed putting our two private numbers and one business number under one scheme, which sounded more manageable.
We were promised a significant discount, with a total monthly payment of only £60 for all three numbers.
However, just one month later, we received a bill from Vodafone for £202 covering six numbers — something we never agreed to. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing.
We feel misled and extremely frustrated with this experience. We expect a clear explanation and immediate resolution.
Regard your reply there is team who always make customer white until they will give up. Only written emails can be done and third part involvement!

I went on the live chat because I had my SIM cards delivered and I wanted to know which card was which and how to proceed. I was connected with Diwakar. Diwakar anwered all my questions and was a good ambassador for Onecom.
