Very good customer service.
I had a little problem in one of my order and they did a very good job to solve it. In addition the delivery time was short.

I ordered some gifts for friend for her birthday and a couple of items for myself. Checked on the website with all the estimates it should have got to me in time. I ordered on 3rd. Only after contacting them have I been told it will not be sent out until the 18th at the earliest. One of the items is out of stock but I wasn’t told that before ordering. No communication, no indication it was going to take longer than it should. I even went on the website today and looked at the listing for the out of stock item (no mention of it being out of stock). Add it to basket and went to checkout, still no indication it’s out of stock.

My parcel was send out very quickly sadly it was lost in transport. Onedaysaving was very fast in the reply and did resend it very fast. I did order often from this site and they are always very correct and send everything fast and well packed. I highly recommend this site.

Onedaysaving is one of my favorite websites. I've already placed different orders for stamped cross stitch kits in 11CT, 14CT,16CT and 18CT. The kits come with everything you need: needles, canvas, more than enough embrodery thread and a printout of the pattern on paper. The stamping/printing on the fabric is clear, always absolutely precise and easy to follow. The product range is outstanding, just like the prices. There are motives for every liking. Customer service is exceptional. I had a question about my last order and got a reply within hours. Shipment is usually speedy. Buying from this company is a joy.

First off, I think the prices are much better at Onedaysaving than other sites I’ve checked out. Also, when I thought my order was lost in the mail, and reached out to this company to ask what should I do, they promptly (the following day) got back in touch with me and let me know that they would help me track my order. They didn’t have to though because my order came to my house the following day. Everything was there, and I am very delighted with my order received. I will be pleased to order from Onedaysaving again in the future.

Delivery a slow but otherwise no problems

I have been facing delivery problem after clearance in France. Onedaysaving supported me step after step, sending me daily mails and finally I received a replacement parcel. It was a great pleasure dealing with them and I send warm regards to onedaysaving service

I emailed onedaysaving about a particular diamond painting, having ordered a few kits from them, had a reply next day which answered my question. Very helpful and VERY speedy delivery of my kits. Great to deal with - excellent range of kits at great prices!

I placed my order and the next day was informed that the pictures I order was out of stock. They offered to replace or refund. I chose to replace. They were very quick to reply.
I have just placed my second order.
