It would have been better if you doing the excel doing the practical and we are following.. talking about it without showing the process is quite confusing

Self paced course with support by email. Recommended for those like myself who need to be able to study around life commitments

Very informative and easy to understand.
The training is not controlled, where it feels time consuming, as you can navigate through the content freely without being timed, or having to save where you left off when you take a break.

Excellent service. I had registered many years ago with a view to complete the course within a certain time frame. Due to personal circumstances I was unable to begin. I recently got in touch and queried if the course was still available and Mark assisted me with a professional helpful demeanor. He sent me the course details efficiently in order for me to start. I would recommend this company should you wish to embark on your continous professional development or with a change of career in mind.

Customer service is good, clear responses to any queries I had.
Payroll Management & Systems course was satisfactory but I felt it was too focused on Sage software; the course is on payroll in the UK, not Sage..?
Essentials of VAT UK course : content was not very good; in some places the wording was poor English; the presenter was monotonous; there was no real assessment to speak of. It would have been helpful to work through some examples of VAT calculations, even if just quite basic.
I am very surprised that both of these courses were said to be marked down from £425. I do not believe either of them could be valued at that amount.

Excellent Course as an introduction and reinforcement in learning to transform my transfer of skills to the here and now.
Excellent feedback. A few glitches with the learning development application not feasible on all technical issues yet we did very well to get the communication going and passed the introduction with distinctions.
The structure is very good and fundamental for a foundation development in something expanding on skillset.

I would like to thank the gentleman from the Help Desk, who sent me an email on Tuesday 31st December in the morning, for his kind assistance, and promptness. I also spoke to him, and he was most supportive.
I was very happy with the course undertaken: Diploma in Web Design – Video Training.
May I add that I have undertaken other courses with One Education and have been very impressed with the content.
Thank you so much.

The reviews are not course specific, and the one I took 'Life Coaching & Counseling' was quite frankly poorly written, cheap garbage. It had absolutely nothing to do with counseling other than a 1-page mention, and the rest of the information throughout was poorly researched waffle that seemed to be randomly plucked from the mind of whoever wrote the course, rather than being actually grounded in any relevant theories or even applicable tools. The appearance of the course was very old-fashioned and 'janky' compared to what you might expect from other competitors like Coursera or Udemy. It was a cheap deal, and I'm grateful for that - but you pay for what you get.

Cautious when reading the reviews, they are not course specific, despite showing positive reviews. But these reviews relate to the company as a whole not the courses you are paying for. The way the reviews are displayed on their website are misleading. When you are reading a course description next to it you have the reviews which you think relate to that course. But when you read further reviews they relate to multiple courses not the one you are interested in. I personally found this to be extremely misleading, as when you are searching for a course they are star rated. Again implying that the courses are reviewed and the reviews you read relate to that course, Again, they are not just how the company operates. I personally found I could not trust the reviews and therefore, did not purchase.

Fantastic range of courses. Good communication so far and I am enjoying the course content with a mixture of reading and short videos.
