We had a great experience with our rental through OneFineStay. The staff was responsive with questions during the review and booking process. At the time of check-in, a staff person was waiting to meet us. And, when we had a specific request for additional bedding during our stay, it was responded to the same day.

The flat was exceptionally clean and the starter treats of coffee, tea and cookies were a very nice touch.

The customer service was amazing and they were attentive to every detail. The property was in excellent condition and everything was well organized and provisioned per our request and it continued from the car rentals, spa appointments, restaurant reservations, jet ski rental and the absolutely amazing staff, Morris & Kensey. Did I mention the wonderful hand crafted cocktails served every afternoon by the pool/beach? One of our best vacation experiences ever! Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful Villa with an amazing staff. The outside space was comfortable and allowed you to take the outstanding view in. The pool was the perfect temperature and we enjoyed just floating and relaxing. All the bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The staff took such good care of us. Sylvia made amazing food, Diego made sure we had everything we needed and made delicious drinks. Sandra kept everything so clean. The location of the villa was within a 20 minute walk to town or a quick Uber ride.

Wonderful trip to Villa Ventana in Puerto Vallarta. Every single person working on the team was fantastic. Excellent service and a very memorable trip. We will be rebooking!

The location is amazing- so close to bars, restaurants, parks and gardens.
Property is large and has all he amenities you need for a comfortable stay- beds in particular were great. Large upstairs bathroom was also greatly appreciated. Have stayed there before and would definitely stay there again.

The rental was great! This is our 2nd time renting this property and overall a very positive experience!

One small thing to note is the communication when it was close to our arrival. It would be helpful to get the check in instructions etc. a little earlier to avoid feeling anxious about having everything in order.

We look forward to staying at this property again in the future!

The home was beautiful. The interaction with one fine stay was quite difficult. We did book last minute so they offered us a late check in--we agreed but they were completely inflexible about letting us drop luggage so that we had to keep rental car an extra day, husband had to rush back from a soccer match for a key hand off and then the cleaning continued for 2 hours after our check in. It just did seem like it enhanced the experience for us and if I were the homeowner I would have been bothered by how indifferent they were about renting the house out.

Fantastic location, great response from On Fine Stay. Wonderful Christmas tree. Great place for families. Close to shops, restaurants, Tube station.
We could hear the trains all day but got used to that. The WiFI was not the best which also controlled the heat in the home.
But these inconveniences were minor compared to the location and layout of the home.

I could not be happier with our stay in London at Poplar Grove. Our family of 8 was looking for a magical Christmas, and the home exceeded our expectations.

There was enough room for everyone in our family. The home was clean, and the location was close to the underground, so we could get everywhere we needed to be. Grocery shopping was close by, and the Indian restaurant a few doors down the road was the perfect takeout for Christmas Eve.

We made our family traditional Christmas dinner with turkey, stuffing, and all the fixings, and the kitchen was fantastic. Everything we needed for our meal was available, the appliances were great, and all the dishes, kitchen pots, and roasting pans were there for us. The kitchen was large enough, and the table was big enough for our family of 8 to eat together.

The beds were comfortable, and there were many bedrooms, allowing people to have their own space.

This was an important trip for our family, and this home made all of our hopes for our trip possible. I definitely give it five stars (I would rate it even higher).

I am also very impressed with one fine stay. Check-in was seamless. The minimal issue we did have was addressed immediately. We had one slow drain in one of the bathrooms, and staff from one fine stay arrived promptly and fixed the issue. They even showed us how to use the dryer (we are from Canada, and our appliances are different).

I am familiar with travel and home rentals, and this was one of the best. I will use one fine stay again and would not hesitate to rent this home.

This home is lovely. Beautifully decorated, very convenient to the Gloucester tube stop, spacious kitchen that is well stocked with dishes and everything needed for cooking. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. We would stay there again!

Very efficient and attentive company, from the reservation process to the problems we had during our stay. Everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. They are very organized, they exceeded my expectations. Congratulations to the London team.
