concert…bracelets from one for fun

My granddaughter bought a concert bracelet set . It had 8 make your own bracelets in it with beads , charms but there was no N & O in pack . They are gold and silver squares. We made RED . ERAS,FEARLESS.but couldn’t do the rest as N & O missing . When I rang they sent me wrong ones but then I was told we don’t have them so can’t send them to you. Very rude customer service. I was told we had bought the Fearless set but it wasn’t. Refused to send the right ones out. Disgusting.
