Can’t Wait to Leave
I HATE this place!!!! Full of annoying college students. It’s 12:20am I should be sleep but CANT because I’m dealing with annoying neighbors! Didn’t know this place was going to be for college students wasn’t mentioned to me when I did a tour or signed my lease. The students to the right of me are obnoxious, extremely loud, BLASTING music and I hate them! I sent an email to the property manager named Sean McGuire on 12/13/25 and the company email and received no response and nothing was done (it’s now 01/10/26)! They addressed my first complaint about the neighbors to the left of me but not about the ones to the right. They are still disturbing the peace; which is actually a violation of the lease. So clearly it’s ok the violate the lease here. I’m gonna have to start calling the police because I’m not gonna keep dealing with this. I can never get peace and quiet at night, I’m sick of it!!! The walls in this building are also EXTREMELY thin, there’s no sound board or drywall, so imagine what all that noise sounds like. The apartments are cheaply made! This is a high rise and I’m on the 10th floor and I don’t understand why this place didn’t think to put shades that can block the sun. It is hot in my apartment even in the winter time, so I’m gonna have to run my ac all year round. Make sure you put cameras in your apartment because they will enter your apartment if you’re not home. I pay $1,615, originally $1,530 but they add so many fees, but it’s not worth it! I value my peace and the fact that I don’t have it in my own home is a problem for me so I will be leaving. I signed a 2 year lease but I’m not staying that long, I’m not making it through 2026, I’m getting out of here!!!
