The company states you will receive the napkins in 10-20 days. I ordered July 6, and received the napkins on August 26, after having filed for a refund from Paypal during that time, as I didn't know if I was going to receive anything. I wrote and received a response that someone was working on my order, but they didn't know when they would be done. Paypal refunded me in full. I sent the money back to the company as I had received the napkins by then.

I complained on their instagram page during that time and was contacted by someone who seemed to not know what was going on.

They deleted negative comments from their instagram page, but not facebook.

Each napkin you look at has exactly the same amount of reviews on their website.

They have a noble idea. It's just not a good experience and not professional looking napkins, if you do receive them.

The napkins are large and 100% cotton, but some have huge amounts of writing printed around the inner borders, with care instructions, etc. I would not have purchased them if I knew this.

I ordered 2 cotton napkins from the online company ONEnapkin on October 23, 2025. I have yet to receive them but was charged for them on my recent credit card statement. I sent 4 emails to ONEnapkin: no reply; Googled them but no telephone number, no customer service info. ONEnapkin lists an address in NYC - Pier 59, Chelsea Piers - but when Googled, ONEnapkin is not listed as located there.

My credit card company refunded my purchase so I've not lost any money. The ONEnapkin website is beautiful and well-designed. Beware!

I ordered napkins from them on July 9, 2025, and they confirmed my order and said my napkins would arrive in 20 days. Well, I never got my napkins, and they had the gall to send me an email in late August saying that they knew that they had not communicated with me about my order, but they were "working on it". They offered a 15 percent refund on a FUTURE ORDER. Look, I either want my stupid napkins or give me my money back. They then claim to have given me a 15 percent refund on my order that I have not received, and they have ghosted me again. It is so ridiculous and it seems to me that it is a beautiful scam website. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR NAPKINS or YOUR REFUND! You have been warned.
