I have bought two items from them: 1. breakfast whey and 2. whey max diet. Very disappointed about the quality. Both of them taste EXTREMELY slim. It makes me doubt if they are genuine products and I strongly doubt if they have the same amount of protein as it is described on the labels. Cause both of the products taste VERY slim comparing to other protein powders I have tried (and I have tried quite a few of them). For example drinking breakfast whey powder mixed with water I can only taste strawberry flavour and oats... I cant sense any trace of protein. It seems like youre drinking a water with some strawberry flavour and some bits of oats in it, thats it. The other product (whey max diet) was of a slim taste as well... but at least you can sense protein in it. But I suspect the amount of protein is much lower then they claim it to be.

Placed an order, 6 working days later - nothing, even they promising delivery within 3-5 working days! Emailed customer services - no response, I have started a dispute through paypal to get my money back. Just time wasters. Stay away from them!!!!

To begin with, I ordered my goods with a discount voucher I got through a promotion they were running on the leapday. It did not work.

Emailed helpdesk, no reply.

I thought, fine, as long as the products are good I can live without the discount. (The discount was the only reason I picked OneOn in the first place though).

They promised delivery in 3-5 days. After 6 days an no reply from helpdesk on my order, I email them asking where my stuff is.
As expected, no reply.
Day 7, email them again. No reply.

After a total of 5 emails, and no response from them my order is 10 days late! What the fuck!?

I call them up and ask them what is going on. And I get informed that my order is out of stock and that it's gonna take an additional couple of days for them to get it. I've heard nothing from them on this and I as the customer have to call THEM up to find out what's going on.

In the end I cancel my order and got it from somewhere else.

The competitiveness online for supplements is intense and there are several other firms doing similar products. A company can simply not afford to fuck up this bad.

Stay away!

Made my first order with Oneon due to a very tempting offer, my order was dispatched and delivered really fast (and for free!) The products were top notch and the packaging was also excellent. Have since placed another order and yet again the whole shopping experience has been a pleasure.

If Oneon can keep this up they may well become my number one choice for supplement purchases.

I was a little sceptical about the product due to the price, although came through trumps, why pay more for good quality items. Only improvement would be that the packaging isn't as flashy as other brands but does not bother me!

Order was dispatched and received very quickly and communication from Peak was spot on throughout the process.
