This swimsuit brand is literally my favorite. They are the best quality and the prefect fit. My whole swimsuit drawer is mostly Oneone!

One One Swim is beyond solid store for Bikini products. Well made, with their products are engineered for flattering appearance and to last. I buy a new set every year but I’m still wearing item I bought three years ago. Highly recommend.

Great quality it's hard to compare

I absolutely swear by this brand. I have struggled for years and years to find bikinis that are not only comfortable but flattering, and one one does just that. There is so much variety in styles and so many different colors and patterns to choose from. I never have trouble finding a cute suit. One of my favorite things about this brand is the fact that you can choose the coverage that you prefer. Also, if you like a color or pattern, but don’t necessarily like the style, they have that color and pattern in multiple other styles. There is literally no other brand that I would rather wear.

Love love oneone bikinis! They fit perfectly and the fabrics are always beautiful and of great quality.

I’ve been a customer for a few years, but the quality and sizing of the items I recently received were nothing like what this company used to offer. The fabric felt cheap, the sizing was way off, and worst of all, it took over a month just to receive the package.

When I reached out to customer service, they refused to offer a refund OR exchange because I used a 15% off discount code, and gave no explanation for the long shipping delay. I've seen their refund & exchange policy change on their website multiple times. This company has gone completely downhill and I won’t be ordering from them again.

The swimsuit I purchased did not fit correctly, so I worked with them to return the product. I paid for the return label. Once the product delivered back to them, I was told it would take 30 days to receive a refund. First off, there is no reason it should take 30 days to issue a refund. However, I just set a reminder to follow up in 30 days. There was no refund processed after 30 days. There was no refund process after 40 days. This is a seller that hopes you forget to check for the refund and keeps your money. I followed up with them after 45 days and they said the refund will be issued “this week”. Again, no reason for a delay. Extremely disappointing. A scam.

I ordered 6 pieces from this company in April 2025. I returned them less than two weeks later and still haven’t received a refund. They have a 30 day return policy which I met. Also if you spend $75 plus then you can return for free. They originally wrote back saying I missed the return window when it had only been a week since receiving the order, then they came back and said they must have made a mistake. Then they tried to say I had to pay to return which wasn’t true based on their $75 free return limit. This company has offered me exchange and store credit even though I wrote back multiple times that I just wanted a refund. I will not be purchasing from this company again. I’m concerned this is a fraudulent company that is trying to keep my money. I will be taking further action against them as this isn’t right and I wouldnt want this to happen to someone else.

***SCAM*** I ordered items in several sizes as I wasn't sure what would fit. I returned the items immediately, and requested a refund. It has been well over 30 days, and they have still not issued my refund. The customer service I am emailing with is giving me vary vague responses on why they will not issue my refund. They have received the product I returned and now will not issue my refund. They are keeping my money and now reading other reviews, it sounds like many o9thers are having this exact same issue..... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEEM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY

Like most people here I made a return on an order and two months in have not received a refund.

Updated: I reported them to the BBB and the FTC and sent proof to their email and got my refund the next day. I suggest anyone still waiting on their refund do the same!

I would give this 0 stars if possible. I ordered 5 tops for my daughter in the same size, as she needed them in a timely manner for camp. They were slightly on sale (like 30%) but said nothing about not being returnable or even exchangeable. Well, that's how they play - any discount, and your item is not returnable or exchangeable in any way - it's just yours forever. I tried communicating with them to at least exchange for a different size in hope that would work - nope. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE. IT IS A SCAM. And, shocker, they are incredibly rude in their communication too.
