Experts, great service and best prices
I was so happy I went to the store in Copenhagen. I was buying a sail and a board and they are just incredibly knowledgeable and service minded. And they even gave better prices than I can find online. Being helped by true experts and fellow surfers is a privilege. So I highly recommend this store for any surf gear.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I wrote an email to the customer service to request a product to be sent to the Copenhagen shop and they asked me to write to the shop directly instead of handling that internally. When writing to the shop directly the first time they reply and then I’ve been following up by email with them to which they have never replied back. Clearly they have some big issues internally that they need to address when it comes to doing their work and not have their customers doing it for them!
