This is the most dishonest company in the vehicle industry. They took my money almost 3 years now for (1) bmw x3 which i never received up till today's date. I received the wrong vehicle

I purchased a vehicle from this used car company. They advertised a truck for US $18,500.00. I sent money to the company through wire transfer. The vehicle I received was not the one they advertised. The one I received was in WAY WORST CONDITION that what the advertised. In my estimation, is not worth more than $8000.00. When I contacted them about it, they refused to issue a refund. They are offering me a discount pn another vehicle if I decide to purchase one. I do not need another vehicle. The name of the agent I dealt with is Zack Martin

Suspect scamming

I bought a vehicle from August 24,2022 and its August 15,2023 and all I am getting is a run around and I have not received the vehicle.
I gave them 1.1ml. Jamaican dollers. My client is now taking action against me. I don't have that money to pay her back. I need the woman's money or the vehicle now. I am a poor trying person. I don't own a car Mart. I am only trying to make ends meet
