Love the products need to improve
Love the products but do you really need to wrap it in plastic as it was wrapped in shrink wrap and then 2 different types of bubble wrap,
Also think you need to have a word with your supplier for you face cloths as you say it Egyptian cotton but hate to tell you it’s only 100% cotton on the label the 2 are completely different as it will label 100% pure Egyptian cotton of % of each if blended,
I’m not fussed as it was free but if you are buying in what you think should be Egyptian cotton then you need to chase your supplier as both you and your customers are over paying for just standard face clothes which you can by from primark for 90% cheaper

Wrong order was sent but one email & this was sorted , also replacement sent very quickly so customer service was spot on .The products I ordered which was the beard balm & also a free beard oil are really good to use & smell great. Will be ordering more products from this company & they let me keep the beard butter which was sent by mistake.
