Beware be very aware do not buy anything from them good not fit for purpose

Liars, don't fall for the cheap fake review. They kept delaying me and i told them i wont be home but someone will be home, they wanted to pretend as if they delivered and wanted to use emotional manipulation to coerced me to send the money. I insisted i had to get home to see it…Lo and behold, no chairs. They kept pushing me . The very day they said they will delivered, the guy lied his car spoilt even when i can hear clearly that he is driving .
We fixed for 8pm the next day and the next thing i saw at 6am was that i told the driver i would get another sofa from somewhere else

Meanwhile at work, i saw they sent a phishing message as regards expecting a delivery
They are thieves Avoid at all cost. They tell you they take cash on delivery so you will trust them and play in your trust and vulnerability.

Dreadful experience. Ordered a Verona Armchair . Was told it would be delivered within 2 days, which came and went. After chasing this up, l got a text reply saying it would come the following Monday. Had to change my work around as they promised a morning delivery. Nothing came and no contact from the company. When l text complaining it hadn't arrived and asking why , the message simple said ...we don't want to deliver! Avoid at all costs, how they stay in business is the greatest mystery!

I bought this on the 14 July 2023, I did not have any messages sent regarding delivery. I cancelled the item and asked for a refund I still have not been sent any refund and no messages at all via their website. There is also no email and no telephone number to contact the seller. Still waiting for a refund,

please please people stay away from this company!!! i bought sofa with 2 armchairs, sofa was delivered 2 seeter insted of 3 seater, one of the armchair was broken so i send it back after having bad conversation with the driver, so they said they will deliver me another armchair wich i nebver received anymore, no call nothing and im not talking about the sofa biggest disaster i can ever buy from facebook and pay cash, so im going to give this company to the small claims court enough is enough, they take money and they think is ok to rip people off like this !!!

We ordered bunk beds n mattress for our kids early January 2014. Website now " under maintenance" phone number goes dead, and no response to emails. Maybe able to get our money back via credit card but gave to wait and see........ Reporting to police too.... Stay away from this awful awful, despicable company!!

I have now been waiting for 2 months for a table I ordered from One Stop Furniture. It's impossible to get hold of them by phone, there's just an answering machine message telling you they're too busy to deal with calls. They don't reply to your emails and they're tracking system just tells you that your order is processed.

I have come to the inevitable conclusion that this company is a scam. Having read reviews on other sites there are people who have been waiting for up to 3 months and many who have managed to get refunds from their banks after reporting them to the police. Please be warned - do not give this company your money as you will never hear from them again. I find it despicable that they are allowed to carry on 'trading' and will be reporting them to trading standards and the police now.

You have been warned!

p.s. don't fall for the '5 star' reviews that these jokers like to post in response as they are clearly fake - if they spent more time delivering furniture instead of writing fake reviews they would have less complaints.
