Booking and pick up was quick and easy, the staff at the Circle K in Arlöv was super nice and helpful, drop off was uncomplicated and quick. Even though the booking was only a few days before, a suitable trailer was available and the price was still better than alternative solutions (which mostly would have involved an unnecessary return trip).

Simple and easy service

The service is great but I wish there was a note about which connection is available on each trailer or adapter being provided, otherwise I’m renting something which I effectively can’t use.

Very easy and affordable. Used oneway trailers twice and it was the same experience.

People from OKQ8 and from Circle K are so amazing. Helpful, kind and nice.
One minor thing its that you cannot be sure if you book a trailer if you'll find the exact one at the gas station. So be aware of that. Sometimes you won't get any confirmation or update for your current booking until you go directly to the gas station, in person.

Easy to book, pickup and return at destination. Small glitch with break wire that was broken - luckily easy to replace.

It is really convenient to be able to rent a trailer in one area and leave it in another area without having to return it to where it was collected. Unfortunately, we had to travel far to collect the trailer as our nearest collection point did not have the size we needed... according to the website. However, we found out later (after driving 150kms to collect another trailer) that our nearest collection point did have the size trailer we wanted, but that this was not updated on the website. It would be good if the website updated more quickly so that customers don't have to drive to other collection points unnecessarily.

You rent a trailer for 24h but in the fine print you must pick it up before 3h. You are fully charged anyway!
I came in for the pickup at 4h late and the trailer rental had been canceled. I had to rebook it.

Easy process. Even though I was charged twice which was the agent issue the refund was quick.

I booked a large trailer but there was only small we couldn't move everything now.
There is no feed back from oneway.
I booked the trailer 12 days in advance

Very expensive it doesn’t worth

Everything went fine and smooth without delayed

All were Good.I will use it agian if I need to go one way. But I think it is expensive and it can be way to decrease cost.

The service existed as a result of the wonder people

They did not deliver the trailer that was ordered, even after they confirmed by email that there would be such a trailer, specifically. When I showed up to collect the trailer it was simply not there, instead I had to take a much smaller one, not really fitting for the task I was about to do. They gave no compensation and took no responsibility what so ever, even after contacting their customers support. What a scam!

Trailer had two different tires. A dubbed winter tire and a regular summer tire. Only noticed that halfway through the move. Too late to fix it. Unacceptable.

Service is as advertised, trailer was clean and in good condition.

Hello, I found the OneWay booking process to be not at all customer-friendly and extremely tedious, time-consuming and incomprehensible. Reason: On June 14th I tried to book a car trailer from OKQ8 Danderyd to Örnsköldsvik for June 20th - 21st from 9 a.m. using OneWay. As a Swiss citizen I do not have an employee number (1st problem), I called Danderyd and the person took a reservation over the phone. I had not received an email booking confirmation by around 6 p.m. on June 17th. My mother-in-law (a Swedish citizen) spoke to 2 different people on the phone with OKQ8 Danderyd and neither could find a reservation in my name (Daniel Lehmann) in the system (2nd problem). On June 18th At around 9am I called myself and was able to find my reservation (13965257). However, they could not confirm that a trailer would be available for June 20th. So I had the reservation cancelled. I then made a new reservation via OneWay on the Internet. Unfortunately it was not possible to return the trailer to Örnsköldsvik, only Umea or Härnosand was possible (3rd problem). However, our house is in Örnsköldsvik. So I reserved Märsta - Umea and had it confirmed with number 13980067 on June 18th. However, the price has since risen from SEK 1600 to SEK 2000. On June 20th, 7:41 a.m. I received a booking confirmation for reservation 13965257, which I had cancelled (4th problem). At 12:46 p.m. I received an email saying that the reservation had been cancelled for two reasons (deleted myself or not picked up within three hours). Again, totally incomprehensible and incomprehensible! I was already on the road with the trailer from reservation 13980067. However, I would like to point out that the people at the pick-up and return locations were very helpful and great.
