2nd time using One World Connect now. Transfer has been very smooth so far with no problem. Very happy with their service!

Use them once and the money arrived the next morning,,Next time I tried bank to bank transfer OWC told me they were waiting for the money to clear after 2 days I ask for a refund ,,they said 1 to 3 business days refund arrived the next day.
So tried again and the same thing happened..Bank to bank should be almost instant as we both used the same bank,
Found out they don't have a good PR just refer you to FAQ\s or go around in circles..
They pay a bit more in the FX but fee charge a bit more than World Remit..
So will use World Remit from now on.. Got the potential to be a good business but needs to sort out the transfer problems,
Asked if they could send my money or refund,,I got a refund a few hours later,, Strange because they said they are still waiting for bank clearance to get my money...Because I spent a few days trying to sort this out I have been banned from using them.

I've been using several remittance apps (Wise, Orbitremit, Ria, Western Union, Moneygram, WorldRemit, and Remitly) before I discovered One World Connect. I always compare the exchange rate and fees before choosing which app to use. At first, I was skeptical because there's not much reviews but I still tried it and I am happy I did. For my first transfer, it took 24 hrs before the recipient received my remittance but for my second transfer (today), it only took less than 30 minutes. The exchange rate is also the highest (sometimes 2nd highest) and the fee is minimal (depends on how much you transfer). Because of the high exchange rate, you'll still receive a bigger amount than those app with no fee. I hope this app gets popular and be known by other people. Promise po legit to.

Either remitly rates are too low one day or like my last transfer my recipient couldn't pick it up in western unition even though she's picked it up there before!
