Last minute and at less we’ll known resort, I was wondering if Ongosa could help. Within no time I had options, talked them through and chose. Personal approach was great and the instructor was really good. Overall, easy to use, great interaction and a happy outcome.

I was really really happy with the service I got, here in England when i drove the person a bit mad he was always happy to help and only tried to get the best for me and the actual instructor was amazing the perfect blend of professionalism and friendly!!! I would definitely recommend using you!!!!

I booked through yourselves a private …
I booked through yourselves a private instructor for my family who were nervous about skiing although they could actually ski - therefore I thought private lessons would be worth the cost. Your website stated the instructor would be in touch the day before the lesson and may even drop in the hotel to find out about our requirements. This sounded impressive but I was spending over a thousand pounds.
However by six o’clock in the evening having heard nothing I contacted yourselves to be assured that they would be there at 9 o’clock in the morning. I was not convinced and sure enough no show.
Of course according to you this has never happened before - sure.
We eventually were sorted out. Fortunately the kids had a great time and we are off to obergurgl at Easter. Will we be using Ongosa? I don’t think so.

I want you to know that we took all the possible measures to rectify things in the short space of time that was available. I hope that the fact we managed to find a replacement instructor during a peak period, demonstrated the efforts that went on behind the scenes to make the necessary amends. I can assure you we have looked into, and resolved, the cause of the issue. This, I can appreciate doesn’t make amends to you, but I hope demonstrates our commitment to improvement and honesty in owning up to the situation.

Ski school for the kids - sorted!
I used Ongosa when the ski school associated with our resort in Avoriaz told us we were unable to arrange lessons on the dates we had available. Ongosa sorted a combination of group lessons and private lessons quickly and without issue. The instructors were great. We had a little bit of trouble with the map they sent of the area (very unclear), but they were able to find a more detailed one. I did need to contact them on a day when the lessons were cancelled due to blizzard conditions and they sent us a letter to give to our travel insurance, so we could be reimbursed. I would use them again.

Thankyou for organising the ski lessons. It all worked out really well. special thankyou to our ski instructor Sofie from Evolution2 Chamonix who was really great and very patient with us as we mixed up the meeting times and places a couple of times and she was very patient despite it causing problems for her.
