Impossible to get answers from.

I have been phoning and e-mailing them for 3 days, and cannot get through. Their phone mailbox is full, and you get bumped over to it after 20 minutes on hold. They have great prices, but I would never buy from a company that I cannot reach. What if I had to return something? They only give you a small window of opportunity for their return policy, and you need a return authorization to return items. How can you get that when you can't get in touch with anyone at the company. They don't have a store front, so I can't even stop by to talk to them.
