The boxes are good and prices OK but…

The boxes are good and prices OK but delivery is poor. Next day delivery is advertised on the web site. My first order took a few days to arrive. It was not a problem. I didn't care that it was not next day. The next order I placed took over a week. I'd have been happy if it had taken as long as the first order. After almost a week I got a call responding to my email query. I was assured delivery would be the following day (which would have been a Saturday), but it didn't arrive until Monday afternoon.
