SCAM

I paid a hotel to receive a fax. without agreeing to a service, only a single $8 charge, onlinefaxservice created an account for me in secret and starting billing me $23 a month. I didnt agree ot this and was never sent an email about it either. When I realized this monthly charge and reached out to them I was told "you always had the option to cancel your subscription."

There are better services - skip this one

The service works as it expected, however their pricing and hidden charges are ridiculous! What is a compliance fee? To whom have I agreed to comply with? In the end, no matter what plan you choose there are hidden charges called compliance fees. This charge isn't explained. Don't waste your time - just choose another service.

SCAM...DIRTY BUSINESS - BEWARE !!

SCAM...DIRTY BUSINESS ! Beware. I cancelled well with the grace period and thought no more of it. 2 months later I noticed another charge on my card for the service. I contacted them again and they said I hadn't cancelled properly and to do it again. I cancelled the service yet again through the website with the help of the online chat person. Low and behold I was charged nearly 3 times the original amount $20.87. You can't remove your credit card from their site either. You can't change your credit card from their site without leaving all the proper billing info on their site. They force you to leave an open and available card on their site so they can charge you at their discretion and drag it out as long as possible. All in all, they charges for $20.87 for 10 months for a service I hadn't used in almost a year. BEWARE, they are a dirty business and they are scammers and will steal your money and never give you a penny of it back.

I cancelled this service within the…

I cancelled this service within the cancellation period. I did not think anything more of it. I would have accepted the payment of a month/cancellation fee. However, this company did not cancel my service and kept on billing me WITHOUT sending me a single bill, no email, no text, nothing was sent each month. Thank God, my wife checked her billing statement and asked me about this recurring fee. 7 months! Be aware - they will tell you the cancellation you made "did not process" and without notice, how would you know? As a business, if they see an account not being used for 7 months... you would think they would make sure you are getting an email to notify of your reoccurring billing... Stay away!

Signed up for a 7 day trail with the promise of 5$ a month after that. Got hit with a 118$ charge within 15 days. Chatted with support, they offered me a partial refund claiming that I “must have signed up for the annual package”. No. I did not. They finally agreed to refund me “in 7-10 business days”. We’ll see if that happens…I’ll come back and update this.

Somehow this group got ahold of my credit card info and have been charging 8.87/month every month without my permission. When I call to cancel half the time I get some scammy message asking something about medicare, and when I get through to someone they cannot even find my card/cannot take me off. Refuse to stop charging my card and then telling me they don't get "paid enough" to deal with this and end the call.

Bad experience all around

They come up first when I googled “free online fax” and supposedly are HIPAA compliant. I liked that idea.

They have a free 14-day trial but require that you give them a credit card (to charge you when the trial is over). But they immediately charged $1 to my card. I tried to fax and it kept giving me an error message: Not a valid fax number. Yes, it is. So I hit the Chat button and there’s nobody there and their Support section doesn't exist.

Bad experience all the way around.
