Poor execution. Had to throwaway instead of gifting.

Order was delivered on time however the photos were incredibly misleading in terms of the execution of the flowers. There was no arrangement, the roses were squashed and dying and the wrap and ribbon were shoddy. I also paid for a gift card and message that never arrived. I’m so glad I didn’t order direct to the recipient or I would have been mortified.

This website is a scam - Do not use.

This website is a scam. They sent me an item that I did not order. I reported this and asked for the correct item. They told me the item I received was 'more beautiful' it was not suitable for what I needed. I asked them to send the item I had ordered. They did not have this item. I asked for a refund. They made me pay to return the item, reluctantly I did so. I have not received a refund and on following up they have told me that they wil not process a refund. Its theft. Note the reply here is hilarious. This was an order of ceramic pots not flowers. The return was completed on May 13th and proof of delivery has been provided. Do not trust this site.

We are sorry to read your review, however we must respectfully disagree with several points raised.

When your order was placed, our terms and conditions clearly stated that due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, exact replication of every arrangement is not always possible. Where specific flowers or materials are unavailable, a suitable replacement of equal or greater value may be used. This policy is standard within the floral industry and was applicable to your order.

The arrangement delivered was carefully prepared and fulfilled in accordance with these terms. At the time of delivery, no issue was reported regarding the quality of the flowers themselves.

Following your complaint, we explained our returns procedure and advised that any item would need to be returned before a refund could be considered. However, the item was not returned to us in accordance with the agreed process. Instead, a refund was requested before the return had been completed.

We would also note that the order was delivered in May, and this matter has only been pursued further at the end of June, long after the flowers had been received and used. As flowers are perishable products with a very limited lifespan, it is not possible for us to assess or recover items after such a significant period of time.

That said, our intention has always been to resolve this matter fairly. Even now, if the item is returned to us, we remain prepared to review the case and either provide an appropriate refund or arrange a replacement item. We have consistently tried to work towards a reasonable solution and remain willing to do so.

We take customer satisfaction seriously and have maintained communication throughout this matter. We therefore reject the suggestion that this is a scam or theft. The order was fulfilled, delivered, and handled in line with our published policies and procedures, and we remain open to resolving the matter should the item be returned.

Birthday flower arrangement

I was given a flower arrangement for my birthday on the 10th June. They were absolutely stunning. Gerbera,roses,antirinham, golden rod, statice, chrysanths, etc. I have never had an arrangement in my 71 years that has lasted so well and they are still looking lovely a week later. Support our local florist i say its really worth it. Well done and thank you.

I am very pleased with my order. The flowers were exactly as described. Most importantly, the customer service was exceptional. Beautiful and easy to order

Was easy to order which at this sad time was what I needed and lots of variety and reasonable prices. The flowers looked beautiful and the service was so personal. When I made my order they checked when I needed them. They arrived perfect and on time. Would highly recommend. Thank you for doing such a beautiful job.

Neither delivery, nor product were fulfilled as per the website. They offer same day delivery if ordered by 3pm, I ordered before the cutoff and then was told they would be delivered the next day. Flowers delivered were NOT as described or pictured on the website. What was described as a luxury daisy and lavender bouquet had no lavender in at all. Several types of flowers pictured were not included. After leaving a negative review on their website, I have been offered 10% off my next order which is ridiculous. I should have a refund. I certainly wont be using them again.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. The ranunculus bouquet I ordered arrived late and was substituted with random flowers (roses and peonies) I didn't ask for. The company completely ignored my request for a refund. Save your money and look elsewhere.

We cannot thank this company enough for…

We cannot thank this company enough for the outstanding service and compassion they showed us during such a difficult and emotional time. From the very first enquiry, they responded to every query quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness, which gave us a lot of reassurance and peace of mind when we needed it most.
The communication throughout was excellent, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They listened carefully to what we wanted and made sure every detail was exactly right. The DAD tribute flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful and incredibly well made, with such care and attention to detail. It was a truly touching tribute and meant so much to our family. The wreath was equally stunning, fresh, elegant, and arranged perfectly.
The flowers themselves were of exceptional quality and looked even more beautiful in person than we could have imagined. We also really appreciated that the delivery was personally made and arrived exactly on time, which was so important to us on the day. Everything was handled so professionally and respectfully, making a very stressful time that little bit easier.
Thank you again for your kindness, patience, professionalism, and excellent service throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful funeral flowers and a caring, reliable service during a very difficult time

Excellent service from IFLORA UK

Excellent service from IFLORA UK. The flowers arrived safely and were beautifully packaged. The bouquet was fresh, elegant, and exactly as described online. Mum's funeral flowers failed n foul.

I ordered some flowers for my mum's funeral, it was agreed that I would arrive at 2 pm on the day of the funeral which was at 4:15. This nasty klutz woman decided to get them sent 819 in the morning. I don't accept anything before 9 o'clock and that's miles away from 2 pm. As they were there far too early, they would become too dry, they certainly were not fresh, most of the roses had died on them, this is the white heart with the roses at the top, she was absolutely vile on the phone when I pointed it out And I'm gonna see if I can do something about this I didn't receive what I should've done at the time therefore I'm getting a refund and see better give it out !!

So a mother has died and I have to put up with this bloody hassle just to get some flowers. These are in Romford I'm in BLETCHLEY and I'll follow the usual sign which is gone on for years if it's something like this do not order online, look Local.

This company is absolutely despicable and the woman running it is a fake two-faced narc.

Dreadful attitude and customer service

2.5/5 says it all! Ordered flowers on mothers day and yes we were late. The website still offers delivery that day... Could not contact them by phone on the day. Recd an email with an apology but flowers have still not arrived.
The owner has no idea re customer service and simply shouts and argues that its your own fault for using them!!
Never again.... Please avoid

My mother who is 82 wanted to surprise…

My mother who is 82 wanted to surprise me and my partner with a mixed spring bouquet of flowers, when we returned from a cruise on feb 7-2026. She is not good with ordering on web sites so contacted the company by phone on tues 3 feb, after asking if they were based in Cardiff ,which the operator confirmed that they were.
She then placed an order for a mixed bouquet of spring flowers to be delivered on Saturday about midday for our return. She was asked how much she wanted to spend and confirmed £55.00.
The woman she spoke with seemed very helpful.mums words.

Now we returned on the Saturday at midday, shortly after I phoned by mother to let her know we arrived back to Cardiff safely.
No flower delivery.
Early evening I phoned again for a longer chat.
The next morning ,Sunday, mum phoned me and my partner too talk about a health issue that had arisen when we were away.
As we had not had a delivery we never mentioned any flowers.
So she re phoned the company asking why the flowers had not been delivered and was told “because of the rain the flowers could not be delivered yesterday. However the van would be sent out today”

While we were out for dinner a delivery from royal mail arrived at 12.42pm. A note put through the door saying the parcel had been left with a neighbour.

We collected it after a call from mum saying had we received anything. We said no but there was a parcel with a neighbour. She then told me about the flowers.
I asked for the telephone phone number and name of the company.

The company charged her £73.00.
They are Not based in Cardiff and have no vans in Cardiff.
24 hour delivery no they cannot even get that right with several days notice. I’m not surprised as the service from Royal Mail has deteriorated from what it used to be. If you need something delivered promptly you use a reliable courier company.

And the flowers are definitely not a mixed spring bouquet.

All the information she was given was false and misleading.

I have phoned them and mentioned my discussed at misleading an elderly person and taking advantage of them.

I have received a what’s app message from them claiming I used abusive and offensive behaviour.
And they would be happy to have the box returned unopened for a repayment. No mention of how they treated my mother.
Unfortunately we had opened the box by the time we saw the message.

Also I was not in the slightest abusive or offensive.

If this is the kind of service that you think is acceptable then is is the company for you.

Mum is very upset and angry over how she’s been treated.

The tulips are nice……

First, to be absolutely clear:

At no point did your mother ask whether we were based in Cardiff, nor was any such claim made by our staff. Our telephone number is not a Cardiff area code, and our website clearly explains that we operate as a national online florist using tracked delivery partners. Your mother placed the order willingly and without pressure.

Order & Price

Your mother confirmed the order value during the call. The total charged (£73.00) included the bouquet, packaging, and tracked delivery. No hidden charges were added, and she agreed to proceed.

Delivery Timeline (Facts, Not Opinion)

The flowers were dispatched and delivery was attempted on the requested delivery date.

First delivery attempt:No one was at the property. Weather conditions were severe, with heavy rain. For this reason, the flowers were not left outside, as this would have damaged them and wasted your mother’s money.

Second delivery attempt:Again, no one was at the property. A neighbour was available, and the parcel was safely left with them. A card was left through your letterbox confirming this.

This is standard, responsible delivery practice.

Why Royal Mail Was Used

We do not operate vans in every city. This is not hidden, misleading, or unusual. Royal Mail Tracked delivery is clearly stated and was used to ensure safe handling. The delivery was completed successfully.

Your Phone Call

On the evening of delivery, we received a call from you.The language used during this call was aggressive, insulting, and unacceptable. This is not an opinion — it was witnessed and recorded by staff.

We did our job professionally. There was no justification for the manner in which you spoke to our team.

Refund Offer

Despite this behaviour, we still offered a full refund on the condition that the flowers were returned unopened, as this is the only fair and verifiable way to process a refund for perishable goods.

You chose to open the box after being advised of this condition. Once opened, the flowers cannot be resold or verified, and therefore a refund cannot be issued.

Final Points

The order was taken honestly

The delivery was completed responsibly

The flowers were protected from damage

No false information was given

Abuse towards staff is not acceptable

You are entitled to express dissatisfaction. You are not entitled to rewrite events or direct abuse at people who carried out their work correctly.
