Right brand, wrong shoes, wrong size
I ordered winter shoes with spikes. I was posted spikeless shoes in the wrong size.
Obviously the shoes are no use to me and I now have the inconvenience of needing to go post them back and wait on a refund.
I have seen other reviews report the exact same thing happen to them and pointed this out to online golf customer services - as they may have a batch in the wrong boxes. Their response seemed to be computer generated and did not even acknowledge my suggestion.
Time wasted.

Recently placed an order online. Then I received an email to state the item was out of stock, therefore cancelled. Felt the non live/accurate stock data had miss-lead into placing an order with then. Since found a reliable source.
