The service was very speedy. I ordered the outfit for my son's school jubilee celebrations. Each class had a different decade of the 60 years to dress up as. My son's class was the eighties so we chose ghostbusters as the movie was released in the eighties. However, he was very disappointed the evening before when we were inflating the lazer gun as it had a big hole in it where you are supposed to pump it up, so he was very disappointed to have to go without it. Of course it was too late for me to do anything about it and I couldn't have fixed it with a puncture kit as the hole was right through the plastic part where the air is pumped in. It cost £28.00 and will now never be used again. One very disappointed 8 year old who was hoping to be able wear the full outfit again at another fancy dress party. :(

I came home one Friday lunchtime and had to find an outfit for my daughter for a school dressing up day. The choice of outfits was excellent and the website was very user-friendly. Within a few minutes of finalising my order I received an e-mail to say my order had been despatched. It arrived the following morning. I couldn't believe what a good service I'd received.

Very helpful on the phone, although I ordered online. Delivery was very quick only had to wait a day. The scooby doo costumes were the cheapest we had seen online and were brilliant and just as described. I would recommend the online joke shop and will come back to use them again. Thank you.

Costume arrived quickly, however the costume had a stain down the back of it, and the bottom half of the costume was attached the wrong way round, was not as was described wouldn't have bought it if i knew the state it would arrive in. Complete waste of money.

Sought some advice on a recently purchased outfit (Pammy and Hof Baywatch Duo!) and the chap was honest and helpful. We left our purchase till the eleventh hour................ so needed a Company that could deliver NEXT DAY. And they certainly did as promised.

Only scored 4* as the outfits were available else where and cheaper, but could not guarantee delivery timescales we needed. (we should have looked and ordered sooner) However, due to the product quality, the hlepful and honest advice and the impressive service - I WOULD use this company again and defo recommend to others!!!

Enjoyed wearing my new large joke ears, so swiftly delivered and lovingly packaged...though I was a little upset when everyone started laughing at me and poking fun in my general direction!

I took everyone by surprise as I am not the kind of person to walk out in a false bum and an apron!!! Had loads of photographs taken by friends mainly from behind!!!! Loads of fun and laughter by everyone.
Only fault I could find was that the string was not long enough to go around my waist to tie!!!!! I am a not small but again I am not big.

I needed to ring the Online Joke Shop twice with a couple of enquiries and both times I got through first time. I then altered part of my order which they acted upon immediately to ensure I received it quickly. Also, I was very pleased with the costumes I bought. I would definitely buy again from this site.

Totally top notch service, next day delivery was fantastic as we were on holiday prior to the party we were attending and forgot about costumes.

Me and my wife went as Fred and wilma and we could not fault the costumes or service.

Ordered "Sandy" from grease and delivery was prompt and item is brilliant.

I purchased a Maid Marion outfit and was well pleased with the quality of the material. I have had fancy dress from other sites and after wearing them have found that the costume splits easily although the size was correct. I will be ordering more from this site as we are in a caravan rally and each meet has a different theme. Very pleased with the price and delivery.
